We were very grateful that you were able to rearrange the schedule of your oil furnace service man so that he could come over today to repair our oil injector transformer service, since we were getting very cold! The service man was very helkpful and competent, and provided detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do if this happens again. (I tried three times to restart the system and each time was locked out. The service man explained -- in great detail -- why I only should have tried to reset it once. I'll certainly remember next time). Thank you again for your great service!

Exceptional knowledge and experience; but better than that: superior response time and delivery of service. Coordinating the staff to come tend to 2 emergencies was a seamless experience, and the staff that arrives is very professional. When they came into our home, they cover their shoes, they have all their tools, are dressed appropriately and even took time to make friends with our dog. They also explained what's going on and in the case of an all day-installation to fix something, kept us updated. Fantastic communication and timely responses each time. Highly recommend.

Based upon my approximately 25 years of relying on Automatic Heat to maintain the old (really old—a sawdust burner that had been converted to oil!) furnace at my residence, then the replacement of that venerable old beast with a high-efficiency gas unit, plus A/C, I always call this company first for my HVAC needs. They’re the only outfit I recommend to my friends who need heating and cooling service and products. Auto Heat just installed a 3-zone mini-split in my rental home. Great work by a top-notch team installing a quality system. Exactly what I have come to expect from this excellent company.

We recently had a gas furnace and AC unit installed and are so pleased! What an easy process! It was less than a month from the time we called about getting an estimate to the time the job was completed! The price was competitive, the office staff was friendly and the technicians were phenomenal. We look forward to working with them in the future for annual maintenance. 10/10 recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Automatic Heat today. Their technician, Ryleigh, was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She noticed in my file that I’ve asked workers to wear masks in the past, and offered to mask before I even mentioned it. She diagnosed a small upcoming routine maintenance issue, explained it to me, and will be sending me a quote. I appreciated the heads up so we can get it fixed before it becomes an urgent problem. In general, she was competent, polite, and put me at ease…which is unfortunately not as common an occurrence in home repair and maintenance as it should be. We had a Mitsubishi mini-split unit installed. Automatic Heat was responsive and provided excellent service through every aspect of the project. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and skilled. It was a very positive experience, and we are very happy. The price was reasonable, too. Highly recommend!

They showed up at the scheduled time and they made the Hybrid Water Heater install look easy. They removed the old water heaters and cleaned the work area up. Definitely happy with their work.

Where do I start? We had such a positive experience with Automatic Heat from start to finish! All of the staff we came into contact with were kind, professional, and skilled. They all had a great sense of humor as well and you could tell they really enjoy working for the company. After our heating system died, they worked so hard to help us get a system installed as quickly as possible. Our thermostat connection from the boiler room to the house was fried. First company gave up and left us with no heat. Michael and team at Automatic Heat recommended a truly wireless solution from Honeywell. The owner himself installed the system and it works flawlessly. Just in time for the "arctic" air blowing in. I recommend Automatic Heat Co. for honest quality work. We'll be switching our annual maintenance and inspection to them. Thank you!

Our split mini was acting up, not heating sufficiently, so we called Automatic and they sent their tech, Jobe to diagnose the problem. He was very professional, got right to the job and determined within an hour that we had a refrigerant leak, due to improper connectors. He explained the issue very clearly and provided a detailed summary of his diagnosis, along with pictures. Our unit is still under warranty, so we ended up having the original installer do the repair job, but I would not hesitate to call Automatic for future issues, and I would highly recommend them to my friends.

I have been using them for annual maintenance for my furnace and A/C since 2017. I am very happy, and my experience has been that they go above and beyond. As a matter of fact, the person that came this week remembered my pets and brought in my garbage can for me from the curb (totally didn't have to do that). This year I scheduled my appointment and then something happened with the furnace and they were able to get someone to me within a few days instead of me having to wait almost a month until my scheduled appointment. They always explain what they are doing and answer my questions. They also let me know about how long before something major might be on the horizon.

The repair tech was on time and very helpful. He gave solutions to the issues that I was having and ordered parts to get the job done ASAP. He was sympathetic to my issues. Melissa, in the office, was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond her duties in order to help me understand my issues and why my gas bill had been so high, even though that wasn't her job. Satisfied - will recommend to others and use in the future!

The young man, JOB, they sent to service my Daikans did an Excellent job. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. I look forward to seeing him next time.
