The BEST! Prompt, professional service. Heating went out in the middle of the night on the coldest night of early winter. I called at 8am and They had me back up and running by that afternoon! I have used them for plumbing and now for my heating and I couldn't recommend a local company higher! Thank you!!

We have used Severson for Plumbing and HVAC multiple times for our new to us home and can vouch that they are responsible, knowledgeable and professional. We hired them for the plumbing portion of our dyi bathroom remodels, and their knowledge and service was great, saving us time and money. In one case, the sink leaked afterwards, and they returned at no cost to help us figure out the problem (it was the sink stopper we purchased). We also hired them for an early summer HVAC tuneup. Turns out we needed a new AC unit as it could not keep up with the heat, and they were able purchase and install a replacement very quickly and cost effectively without replacing the furnace as well. I love that we get an email from the owner Jason after every visit so they can address any questions or concerns immediately.

On time, fast, and helpful suggestion changed things slightly and improved efficiency around kitchen sink.

Shopped around and Severson was a recommended by several contacts including the resort where we have our rental (a testament in and of itself). Great experience from initial contact with Amanda to fixing plumbing issue with Anthony. Working with them from out of town they provided photos of drainage issue! Will definitely use them again.
