Talk about a above and beyond experience. I got 7 estimates to replace one of my heat pump and air handler on one side of my house. With the quotes i was focused on total cost but also qualify of the install. Home Heating ticked both those boxes and I am extremely satisfied. Some companies said they would be in and out in a day, others suggested no replacing the air handler, others sized a 5 ton unit while some said that wasn't even large enough. I didn't feel comfortable until I had Ricky out to walk the house and work me up a quote. it took the install team over a week to complete the install which speaks to the true qualify and thoroughness of their work. My utility room is a showpiece now and the system is running amazing. I also had them do the Aeroseal on my duct system which in itself was a major upgrade. Kudos to the owner Ric Secor for checking in on me multiple times and also the install team of Maksym, Tyler, Indra, Jacob, Mackenzie and Ricky. All professional but also very personable at the same time. A+ work, will have them back out soon to do my other unit.

Indra did such a thorough job when he came to check out a problem we were having with our heater. He was so pleasant and spent a great deal of time checking over everything. We just moved into our house and the heater is aging. We signed up for twice yearly maintenance on the heater and a/c. The problem that we were having also appears to be fixed. I would highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling for your hvac needs

I am impressed with this company! My call for short-notice dryer ducting cleanout service was answered immediately and scheduled by the company while speaking to staff that was out of State at that particular time! Absolutely STELLAR customer service! Then, the company team of Jacob, Tolon and Mckenzee arrived and immediately inspected the ducting run under the house for integrity prior to beginning cleaning! Throughout their work, I place them in the top 5% of companies that I have worked with in my lifetime regarding cleanliness and cleanup. They are fastidious to be sure! Also, they has excellent professional communication and technical skills and were able to identify potential issues that would be needed to be addressed in the future! For the Quality Service I received, I would have expected to spend twice as much as the invoice! Keep up the good work!

Jacob and McKenzie did a very thorough and professional job cleaning our dryer duct. They explained everything in great detail and the importance of regular maintenance . They were extremely personable as well! Highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling! We are very satisfied customers.

Awesome work by Home Heating and Cooling. They went way beyond what I expected! They cleaned ducting, fixed issues I had, an installed a new furnace quickly. I think they are probably the best in town. Ric Secor is the Guru of heating and cooling in Central Oregon. His staff is both professional and reliable. They did excellent work, and I am a little shocked with how quickly they fixed my ducting and furnace issues. Maksym was on site most of the time and did excellent work. I would recommend this company to anyone in Central Oregon as a first call.

Home Heating & Cooling was the best! We needed a new furnace in late October, and their team worked non-stop for a full week to get us the heat ASAP! Throughout the week, we had Ric, Neal, Tyler, Maksym, Jacob, and Talan all here at various times. They were friendly and professional as well as attentive and helpful to the task at hand. We’re so grateful for this company and our new furnace as we head into winter!!!

Jonathan did an exemplary job, when issues were discovered, he throughly explained what went wrong and why, made no excuses for previous mistakes but fixed them quickly and thoroughly. He is an absolute master of his craft and most assuredly works with confidence, patience to work out any issues and inspires through his knowledge and accomplishments. Neil came to give us an estimate for clear out ducts. He did our son’s house and our son was very happy. Very personable and knowledgeable. Neil did an extremely thorough job including going into our crawlspace. He took pictures to show what needed to be done. Patient and complete explanation of what needed to be done, broken done by issue and options. We agreed to the work and can’t wait to have clean ducts and vents

I recently contacted Home Heating and Cooling for a quote on a heat pump and gas furnace to replace my current furnace and provide cooling for our house. First off the team was awesome. Neil evaluated my current HVAC system and provided a variety of options and prices to fit our needs and budget. We decided to go with the Premium option and signed the contract and got on the books for the duct cleaning and installation of our new system. Indra and Raymond demoed our current furnace and ducting and provided the duct cleaning service which took about two hours (see the before and after photos). After the duct cleaning Indra and Dakota started the installation of our new heat pump and furnace. They were professional and coordinated the concrete cutting and electrician to get the appropriate ventilation lines in place. They initially said it would take about three days to complete, but finished a day early. Needless to say we're very happy with our new system and highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling if you need HVAC services in Central Oregon. Fast, on time service from a team that demonstrated care for our needs. Indra was knowledgeable, professional and kept us informed of progress as he worked to fix our broken furnace with outside temps in the 20s.

I called Home heating for our annual service on our heater and they were quick and very prompt. The tech did a great job and was very professional. I would recommend them anytime you have issues or needs for service.

Indra from Home Heating and Cooling came out to inspect my heating unit being I thought I had an apparent problem. Indra did a thorough inspection and said everything was running well. I give Indra and Home Heating and Cooling a double thumps up. Their great.

Talan and Jacob did a great job hanging and correcting our ductwork issue. They also replaced our kicker vent in the kitchen. They got us fixed up and our system balanced and and running again. Very professional and had us up and running in a few hours for a tough job!

Inspector Neil was very professional. He explained what was going on with my Air Handler and ducting accurately, he explained what he thought was needed and listened to my needs. Satisfied

Indra handled the installation of our new AC and heat pump system. He was fantastic and did an amazing job. Our existing furnace was a bit unusual and he put in the extra effort to fix a lot of issues while upgrading and installing the new AC. All the staff from Home Heating & Cooling were professional and worked hard to get everything done in the shortest possible time. We are so happy with our new system and the whole house AC system will be a lifesaver when it get hot and smoky out there. We keep coming back to this company to take care of our house because they're a great local business, always friendly and responsive!

Indra did a very thorough 6 month inspection of my heat pump system. He is respectful of my home, knowledgeable, and friendly.

We called concerned that our ac wasn’t blowing cold air the first time we turned it on for the season. They sent Tyson out same day which was awesome. He was super helpful and we appreciated how knowledgeable he was. We set up a 2nd appointment for an estimate on our duct cleaning and a repair. Neil came a few days later and was very pleasant when coming to give us our estimate for duct cleaning and repair. We are looking forward to have the service. It’s been an awesome experience working with them so far and will definitely keep using them.
