Oregon Heating and Plumbing were amazing all around in our purchase of a mini split heat pump! Elia come out and gave us an estimate and explained the options. He took his time and explained the 3 options. Cody Pierson installed the system today and took time to explain the units and how to operate the remote as well as how to clean the filter We were amazed at how fast the whole process was from our first call to installation. Less than a week and it could have been quicker. And there were no hidden fees.

Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical has exceeded my expectations!!! As part of my membership, Spencer did the annual inspection on my A/C and heating systems this week. He had replaced the blower motor in it last year, giving me the confidence in this company. This year he found more wear on my 23 year old units so I asked him to have a representative contact me. Yesterday DJ Wilson arrived and spent considerable time and care to evaluate what would be needed. I decided to replace both heating and air conditioning now rather than wait for them to break. The bid was under what I had estimated so we scheduled the work which was completed today. DJ set me at ease and significantly increased my confidence in his company. Technicians Fred and Jordon were masterful in everything they did to custom fit the new appliances into my home. Both units are exactly what I wanted; it is apparent that Fred and Jordan are true professionals in the way they work, the way they communicate and their ability to attain a professional looking installation. I called your company and was able to speak to a professional, courteous and pleasant person who had great listening skills and got me scheduled same day for a service call to inspect and perform a routine maintenance on our heating and air-conditioning system here in Bend. Our technician was Trevor. He showed up on time with a courtesy phone call. He was pleasant and professional, and gave us a thorough inspection. Our system needed a few minor adjustments, such as an air filter and capacitor. He explained his discovery and gave us an option to replace These items in real time on the spot with an inventory he had on his service van. Love my new furnace! And I loved the experience just as much. Chris, my estimator, made sure I understood all the options (and their features and benefits) so I could pick the right unit for me. Jesse (Gray) went above and beyond working all day Saturday so that I could have heat the same day. They were courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys. We wanted to make the switch from our old gas furnace to a new more efficient electric heat pump. Chris came out to give us an estimate and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Chris was amazing and he answered all of my questions and made himself available even on Sunday to answer all of my concerns. By Monday we agreed to move forward and by Tuesday morning installers Austin and William were at our house removing the old furnace and installing the new heat pump. Austin and William were fantastic! They were professional and guided me through the whole install. They were fast and efficient finishing the install before my wife got home from school. I highly recommend Central Oregon Heating and Cooling, they have a great team!

My excuse is GONE! With our old heating system, if I was in the kitchen or utility room and the furnace was running, I could not hear my wife talking. With our new system, it’s SO quiet the only way to know if it is running is to feel the air coming out of the ducts! We have a first class system now thanks to the expertise and wisdom of Alex, our “project manager”. The installation was handled expertly and very professionally by Dustin and Cody! They are a Great team and we are very pleased with the results! When you see COHC’s colorful vehicles in front of a residence, you know that the people there are getting the best service available in Central Oregon!

After limping along with my 20‑year‑old furnace for more than a year, I finally decided it was time to seek a second opinion. I wasn’t unhappy with my previous HVAC provider, but I felt it was wise to get additional information. I’m very glad I did. To my surprise, Central Oregon Heating and Cooling scheduled me for the next available service call and followed it up with a next‑day installation. My experience with Nick in service and my installer Fred was outstanding—so much so that I’m now a lifelong customer. Their pricing was extremely competitive, but where they truly outshine others is in their responsiveness and customer service. As a Bend resident for over 40 years, I highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs. Note: We upgraded from a single‑stage furnace to a two‑stage unit, and after the very first night we were blown away by how quiet it is—whisper quiet compared to our old one.

Central Oregon HVaC were awesome. I went online schedule same meeting and this amazing tech, Matthew, this guy was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Because of, Matthew, I signed up the for their membership program because I want him to service our HVAC system. The membership also gives access to plumbing and electrical too. Again Matthew was amazing. No pressure just great customer service that was done with a smile.

Lyle is the absolute best! He always makes sure to call before he comes out and then greets our dogs with lots of loves when he arrives. He is pleasant and is willing to answer questions as he works. He gives honest opinions and great advice about what has to be done versus what should be done (or can wait until next year). He goes the extra mile and often leaves our spaces cleaner than when he arrived. We, including the two dogs, appreciate all he has done to help make sure we have efficient heating/cooling! Lyle and our boy Blue for cuteness points ha.

Great experience from beginning to end. Easy and quick to schedule - they actually reached out the next morning after I started (but did not ultimately finish/submit) a request online, and they were able to get an appointment within 2 days for a non-emergency during the holidays. They were totally reasonable on price and lower than others I called. Derek (plumber) was awesome - he was on time, super friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions while offering helpful advice without making me feel rushed. He fixed the issue quickly and took extra precaution to ensure everything was in good shape to avoid it recurring. This was my first time using COHCPE but certainly will not be the last.

Mike D was my tech. He was very helpful in educating me re: my heating problem. Easy to communicate with ( loved his sense of humor). He informed me about a maintenance plan that is going to suit me well and keep my HVAC system in top notch form. What a deal too! He also, let me know that a duct cleaning would probably be in my best interest. Who knew?!?! I learned lot and was very pleased with my appt with him! Thank you Mike D.

Our heat stopped working on a Thursday evening, I called Central Oregon Heating and they were able to schedule an appointment first thing Friday morning. Buddy was the tech that came out. He was very professional. This is my first house and I wasn’t entirely sure how the whole furnace system worked. He explained in detail how everything functions and what to look for if there are any issues in the future. He was very informative. Buddy quickly found the issue in our pressure switch and was able to fix the issue and get the heat working in no time. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call Central Oregon Heating in the future for any issues we may have.

We had our heat go out right as the weather turned cold and the team from COHC came to the rescue. From the very beginning when Mike came to do the diagnostics on the old system our experience was stellar. Mike made solid recommendations after a thorough inspection and connected us with our project manager DJ right away. DJ came out the same day and worked quickly to help us come up with the best path forward for us to get our heat back on and our HVAC system replaced quickly. Austin and William were out the very next day and did an absolutely incredible job on installation of our new HVAC system and we had a toasty warm home that very evening. Every single person involved went above and beyond. My 77 year old dad worked with HVAC systems for most of his career and they showed him so much kindness and left him really impressed - and that’s saying something! This team was an 11 out of 10 and really showed up when it mattered.

Dylan came out today to perform a regular tune up on our heat pump system. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and was honestly interested in educating me. I learned a lot more about my HVAC system and could tell very quickly that Dylan really understands what he's doing. He was very polite, not rushed, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Fantastic service from a fantastic tech. Central Oregon Heating and Cooling is lucky to have Dylan working for them.

RE: Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Pluming. I called Nick Todd for a consultation on a replacement/new furnace and water heater. He arrived the next day, and provided excellent advice so we purchased a new system from COHCP that same day. Cody and Dominic installed a new Carrier Furnace in our home. They were very professional, very good communicators, hard working, and polite. Norm and Zeek installed my new water heater in our home. They did a professional, and flawless install. Great job guys! Had a very good experience with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling installing our new HVAC system. Really appreciated the team of installers Austin, Dominic, Ben, and the Electrician. They are true professionals, experts and well rounded. They did meticulous and careful work and even cleaned up the area they worked in. The HVAC system (Carrier) works like a dream keeping our house temperature well controlled down to a T. They answered all our questions, showed us the filter change method, and educated us on the thermostat. And so many other details we didn't think of asking they brought it to our attention. We have been using Central Oregon Heating and Cooling for our home and vacation rental for several years. So when it became clear that we need a new furnace in our home, we called them first. They helped us get a new hot water heater on a cold holiday evening a few years ago and we know their customer service is amazing. On the new furnace, we give lots of credit to Eric (who laid out great option for us) and Brian, Clay and Lance for the install. Clay and Eric came back after to check on everything and help us with the smart thermostat set up. They are all wonderful! Price is very reasonable and customer service is ‘over the top’!
