They installed my heat pump (dropped it) Been back 3 times to fix it in 2 years still doesn’t work ? Never use this company

Just had a new central AC unit installed by Midway. They were prompt, professional and actively looked to save me money! Cannot recommend them enough! Team was on time, and very quiet and courteous with 2 people at the house working from home due to Covid! Wendi in the office is about as nice as they come!

Just had a new central AC unit installed by Midway. They were prompt, professional and actively looked to save me money (another company told me i had to replace my entire heat pump unit as well as the AC compressor and accessories (Quoted me $8K), Midway corrected the record (at less than half the cost)!!!) Cannot recommend them enough! Team was on time, and very quiet and courteous with 2 people at the house working from home due to Covid! Wendi in the office is about as nice as they come!

<p>First off I want to say I just purchased my home and asked them to come out and assess the system since it had not been serviced for several years. The tech that came out was very personable, polite and took the time to explain in detail what he was doing and checking for. He pointed out an issue that I will need to address with my home warranty insurance policy. He also took the time to explain to me the pros and cons on which type of filter to use moving forward. We discussed the pro and cons of replacing my hot water heater and what type of new system to buy, and where to look at reviews for comparing to replace the current hot water heater with another one or go to an on-demand system. Finally we talked about adding a pre-filter system to my existing system that would assist me with reducing the amount of allergens in the air. </p> <br />

It was great. They did a good job. They were very efficient and timely and they did a very good job at cleaning up after themselves.

We were visited by the consultant who did an excellent job of sizing the system and describing the equipment options, the costs/energy rebates/payment options. They also arranged for the electrician to install proper wiring. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and very clean. We also received free duct cleaning. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend this company.

They arranged to have the heating re-insulated, and the heating ducts cleaned out. I thought they did an excellent job. We had three estimates, and they weren't the most expensive.

They were awesome. They came in and put tarps down to keep my floors clean. They arranged for the electrical work to be done. They were done in one day.
