They installed my heat pump (dropped it) Been back 3 times to fix it in 2 years still doesn’t work ? Never use this company

Just had a new central AC unit installed by Midway. They were prompt, professional and actively looked to save me money! Cannot recommend them enough! Team was on time, and very quiet and courteous with 2 people at the house working from home due to Covid! Wendi in the office is about as nice as they come!

I have asked them for an invoice for over a month for my taxes and they refuse to give me one. I also need one for a rebate. I have always talked to Mike. This is a poor way to treat there customers. I spent $3800 you would think they would give me an I voice. I am disabled. No way to treat me.

The men that came out were extremely nice and worked hard to make sure all possible problems were checked out and taken care. They were also helpful in providing me the name and number of a business to help me with another home repair.
