Excellent response time. Knowledgeable technicians and great craftsmanship. David Coker and his company have certainly earned a repeat customer. I strongly recommend Prothermal for all of your HVAC needs.

Curtis that came to my house was very professional and nice got ac fixed kind expensive.. When 2nd man came to my house he said Freon was 479 dollars a pound.. when I was shocked by this he got mad. I have called other ac companies and 200 was the price of one pound of Freon...He got mad and would not take my check. The worst thing he did was slander and bad mouth me to my renter... Otherwise. Had to call another ac man.....The owner of Prothermal is who bad-mouthed me to renters instead of talking to me...I am sorry he would not cash my check.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service!! We were contacted immediately and at our house minutes after. David installed a new HVAC system the next morning - fixed our AC enough to get us through the night with the hot weather. Very knowledgeable and excellent service and performance !!
