Dustin and Rob did an excellent job coming out in a timely manner after I had called to schedule an appointment. They were very thorough in checking everything to make sure that the issue was resolved. This is the second time I’ve used AC Doctors and I have been happy with their services every time. I highly recommend them.

I recently had AC doctors, come out and service my AC and heater unit on a new mobile home that I had just purchased. And to do some minor repairs. The technician and his helper did an amazing job and were very professional and polite and easy to get along with. I also started a maintenance service program with them, to where my unit will be serviced twice a year. Reasonable price. Again awesome service and appreciate their services and their help.

I thought I left a review when they fixed are A/C this year they did an outstanding job and now I have to get them out again to fix are heater. I will not call anyone else ever other than these guys if you want your a/c or heater serviced don’t call anyone else other than these guys they did a wonderful job thank you. I will update this review after they fix are heater they deserve 10 stars but 5 is all I can do

The repair was completed immediately after the arrival of the technician. The repair cost was fair, and the technician explained the problem we were having with our AC system. We have always had a good experience with AC Doctors and will continue to call them whenever a problem arises again.

I just wanna say thank you again to the AC Doctors! We will use this company as long as we live in this area. They always go above and beyond for their customers! They get here as quickly as they can and make sure they check everything for you, give you every detail of what is going on and what needs fixed. And I have never had to pay an outrageous price to have them come out! Shout out to Becky who does the behind the scenes work I appreciate you so much!

Very happy with A/C Doctors. I called late on a Wednesday, and was scheduled for a tech to come at 9am the next morning. The tech came right on time, preceded by a text announcing his arrival. The issue was diagnosed within minutes, and rectified within the hour. Super satisfied! Thanks, A/C Doctors!

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would. My unit is 2 years old and has been an issue for the last 3 weeks. I have called A/C Doctors several times now and they say they are not responsible for their installation and that the contractor would contact me. Days later, no call from the contractor. I called 4 times in the afternoon without anyone picking up the phone. Then they called back to tell me they can come out to fix it but they will be charging me. I have had Comfort Air Solutions out 3 times, and paid them out of pocket to replace the thermostat. I had the service person from Trane out and they both said the same thing: There are loose wires from installation by A/C Doctors that are burning out the fuse over and over again and therefore burning out your thermostat. Trane told me that they would put a note in for the manufacturer to call me…it’s Friday btw, so no one will be calling or fixing anything until next week. Meanwhile it is winter in Oklahoma, temps are in the teens overnight. I have 2 children and myself that are not made from ice, as it appears this company and their customer service is made from. I sincerely hope everyone avoids this experience by simply not doing business with A/C Doctors of Oklahoma and do not purchase Trane Furnace and Air Conditioning units. Truly, don’t sign up for this headache.

When we called A/C Doctor, they scheduled us for next day service. Sad to say but we had a leak in the evaporator coil. Not cheap to replace and we thought it was going to take a long time to get the part. They got the part within a couple days and came back to replace it. We really did appreciate the fast and friendly service. We highly recommend them. Thank you, A/C Doctors

Patrick from A/C Doctors was amazing. He was one of three companies that we called to decide between repairing or replacing our current HVAC unit. Him and his son were extremely personable, authentic, and knowledgeable. We decided to go with his company since we liked him best, and he had the best quote. A/C is working great! They will be who we call for any future needs.

A/C Doctors installed a new high efficiency Trane heat and air conditioning system in my home last week. I could not have asked for better service or more efficient and thorough technicians. They were pleasant and knowledgeable while addressing my questions and concerns, taking time to explain solutions that solved my existing air flow problems. I highly recommend A/C Doctors. Great people to do business with.

A/C doctors and their crew are an amazing company! I have had my units serviced 2x/year for about 8 years. Always professional, always prompt, always there for me right away if I had issues. I highly recommend them for your heat and air needs!!

The technicians were professional and nice, they came out on Saturday and identified my problem. Unfortunately it was a part that needed to be ordered, the technician called his supplier immediately (they closed in 5 minutes)to try and get it ordered but the supplier couldn't order it until Monday. A/C Doctors drove to OKC on Monday to get the part and instead of waiting until the next morning to install it ( when the attic would be cooler) they came out and put it in at 4:00 when it was 100° outside. They will be getting all my business. Thank you A/C Doctors

The first few times we called with problems, they were good. Then we called when my MIL AC went out on Aug 26. They came out and said she needed a new fan. They charged $95 for the service call. They said they would order the part and let us now when it came in. A month went by. I called to check. Becky in the office said she would contact the technician and get right back to me. She never called. I tried to call in a few days and their phone said it could not accept any more messages. It said the same for several days. So, I sent an email. They never responded. Meanwhile it is over 100 degrees outside and my 70 year old Mother in law has no AC. So, when I was in town I went by their address. It was now September 21. Becky said she had not received any messages or emails. Even if that was so, why didn't they call me? She acted like I had done something wrong. She said she would have a technician call me. They never did. We called a different business to fix the AC. Today is Oct 20, I still have not heard from them and it was the worst experience and a waste of $95.

We love the AC Doctors and been using them since their early beginnings. Their maintenance plan helps us keep our system running smoothly without worry and on a schedule. Their team is super friendly. Especially, Becky who is highly responsive and customer driven! Becky is a rockstar!

I called to have my system looked at expecting to have an appointment scheduled. They were on their way a few minutes later. We thought it was the fan motor and upon disassembly they spotted a wiring issue. They let me know it should solve our problem and save us money. I truly appreciate their integrity and how quickly they showed up. Thank you!! Edit to add: We called this morning do to our system going down. I couldn't even get a phone call back to let me know if they could make it to us today. I tried to call them multiple times with now answer. I'm highly disappointed and likely won't use their services again.

I needed to replace a low end system that was leaking refrigerant and these guys didn’t just come in $1000s lower on a higher quality system than the competition offered me but also weeks quicker on the install. True pros who corrected an ugly install from a previous company to a professional looking install that looks much nicer. Everyone I dealt with (Becky, Jason, Patrick & Bryson) were very nice and focused on getting the work done quickly and cleanly instead of taking calls and cutting corners. As a homeowner, I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THAT!!! My sweat glands can’t thank em enough!

Misdiagnosed the problem by a mile. Wanted to quote me 3 to 600 dollars for a defrost board,that was perfectly fine. It was simply the thermostat. I plan on issuing the complaint in Tecumseh next meeting.buyer beware they are rip offs

When there has been a problem, they have been here within 24 hours to fix it. Their staff is amazing and the nicest, home-town people you will ever meet.
