JC Mechanical is the fourth contractor I've had on my property to work on my air conditioning units I"ve had nothing but bad luck with contractors work and pricing. They seem to keep trying to take advantage of the situations. Things changed when I contracted JC Mechanical. The technician (Colby) was professional, informative, and courteous. Very courteous, the employees did not use foul language and they cleaned up after them selves. My unit works quietly and perfect
