Duct Armor

Be cautious when using this product. The company's listed address on its website is a PO Box. Also, very little information on the contents of the product are disclosed on its website -- "Our proprietary Duct Armor product is water-based, non-toxic, and environmentally safe. It has a high zinc content to prevent mold growth and is comprised of over 50% adhesives..." Supposedly it is so safe that "there is no requirement for an EPA registration number. Duct Armor is so safe it is classified as a non-hazmat material for shipping. Unfortunately, the testing information on its website, that supposedly 'proves' the product is safe, dates back to 2014. Also, the testing results were addressed to a HOME (not a business) in Owasso OK (Why isn't the company providing a physical business address on its web site?) Does the owner store it in buckets in his garage?? Why no more recent testing on its site? Why no recent photos of how the application handles the test of time? Why no current air testing results provided? Seems as if the company would do yearly testing to see how its product is doing in real world situations over many years - and provide those results to the public? Supposedly there is a 15 year warranty against delamination but its website doesn't explain what is required to have the warranty honored. Also, what happens when it starts delaminating? Is it safe to breathe the air going through your ducts? This could be an incredible product but the lack of transparency from the company and dated test results provided suggest one should exercise caution when making a decision about whether or not to use this product. Is the user replacing one problem with a new, expensive, dangerous problem? I did extensive research on-line attempting to find real world experiences with the product. There is almost nothing to discover, negative or positive, more than 10 years since the product was introduced. There are only 34 listed dealers on its website as of May 2025. Five are based in Oklahoma where the company is from. My review rating is based on the lack of transparency regarding business location, inadequate information about how to get warranty care on its web site and, most importantly, lack of current testing information. If the company still considers it safe after years of usage, provide that data. Is this snake oil distributed from a garage or a great product?

Duct Armor cleaned and restored our historical home. Our house had been sitting for over 10 years when we purchased it. Duct Armor came and spent a full 2 weeks restoring our system. Very professional and clean. Alan is very easy to work with does an excellent job! We are so happy with the work!

The Core Value team was nothing short of extraordinary!! My wife was returning from a long stay in the hospital, and her immune system will be severely compromised for quite a while. Core Value came in to help prepare for her return with a targeted cleaning as well as providing two air purification systems. The work they performed was thorough and professional. The gentlemen who performed the work were professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Core Value....they truly went "above and beyond"!

I would definitely recommend Core Value to anyone needing their ventilation system cleaned out. They were very professional and explained what they were doing in detail. The job was done effectively and efficiently and at a reasonable price.

This company is wonderful. They explained what they were going to do and gave thoughtful suggestions after the cleaning was done. Very personable and considerate of my home. I would definitely hire them again!!
