We had multiple businesses come out to give us a quote on installing a minisplit for our break room. All the prices from everyone is in the same ball park range. What sold us with Midstate was Jason's knowledge and guidance he offered through this process. He and his team was easy to work with. They showed up on time and if they had to leave for a part, they let us know and showed back up to finish the job. They were in and out in a timely matter. Cleaned up after themselves. They did an amazing job while my dog supervised their job. Jason and his team were very personable. I would hire Midstate again for another project or maybe a future build for our new offices.

I don't know how their services are but their drivers are extremely reckless on the road. Had one cut me and my grandson off and kept break checking us.

I don't know anything about restaurant equipment or air conditioning. All I know is a a lot of their customers are completely satisfied and when we had a customer that was in need we referred them. They handled the situation and got it done correctly and quickly. I will refer them from know on......

the technician is too Greedy .He over charged me for fryer prob that cost $20 and I can changed by myself . not recommended
