Smith Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job installing my new air handler and heat pump. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Dakota and Aaron were the HVAC technicians who handled the installation, and they were fantastic. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the system, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. You could tell they take pride in their work. I also want to give a shout out to Alivia in the office. She was great to work with, kept everything organized, and made scheduling and communication easy throughout the process. If you are looking for a company that is professional, reliable, and truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Smith Heating & Cooling. I would not hesitate to use them again.

So Wednesday our furnace started to make a noise. The furnace was very old. I called Smith Heating and Cooling. I told them I needed someone to come check it out. When they got here a man met me at the door, his name was Caleb, very professional. He proceeded to look at the furnace. IT WAS NOT GOOD. The heat exchange had several cracks. He said his was not safe for us and the only way to fix this was a new furnace. They ordered everything on Thursday night. They picked it up this morning and we are now sitting ay 72 degrees in the house. The company was incredible from the beginning, they even brought us electric heaters last night to stay warm along with our son bringing us a couple as well. A Huge thank you to Smith Heating and Cooling. I also Thank God for keeping our family safe. The issue could have turned deadly for us and he did not allow it. Incredibly Thankful 🙏

AMAZING! These guys installed everything for my wife and I’s new build in 2-3 days from basement to second story. Furnace, duct work, vents, fans, air conditioner, etc in 72 hours. Dakota and Aaron are very knowledgeable, professional and included me in decision-making. They are thorough and take the extra time to keep the customer happy and make sure your systems are functional to keep a comfortable home environment.Caleb took care of picking out the furnace and A/c unit specific to our house/layout/budget. My furnace quit working last night so I called Smith Heating and Cooling this morning.Scott had one of his service technicians Josh at my house within an hour. Josh installed a new thermostat and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Smith Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC needs.

Came out for estimate day I called. Scott explained everything in terms I understood. Install was within days of my acceptance. The install crew very respectful & courteous, updated me throughout the install. Also their price beat my other estimates with a longer warranty too.

My whole AC unit went out and when I called to get an estimate they came the very next day. They’re super affordable. They even came way earlier then what I expected to install it which was great! They were super friendly and they told me exactly what they did when they were finished. I would def recommend them!

My wife and I had only been in our new house for 2 months and our fan motor went out in our furnace luckily we still had a warranty on the house. A coworker recommended we used Smith heating and cooling and we explained the situation they had the part on hold and as soon as we had a go ahead from the warranty company they had someone come out and install the new part the next morning saving us from using space heaters for a week. Smith Heating and Cooling was great to work with. Dakota and Caleb came and replaced our HVAC system. They were very clean and you hardly noticed they were there. They all walked us through everything after the system was in and running. I would highly reccomend them to any one needing HVAC repair or replacement!
