4 hours to unload. I'm just a driver and I've done my job and all I have to do is get unloaded. Why am I held hostage like I'm part of the operation? Hopefully they will value a driver's time from now on and get them unloaded. Obviously they Have never met that driver that will unload himself by using chains and binders or the one that pulls up and does a few doughnuts in the parking lot.. Been all around this country and this is the second company that doesn't appreciate a driver's time. Get it together fellas or you will eventually meet that owner/ op that does exactly what I've said. I'm surprised no one has done it yet. Get an attachment for that forklift or have the crane operator unload on the ground so the driver can be on to his next load. Or end up scratching your head wondering what just happened and how much longer your job is going to be delayed. Was only able to get one load after this going home when I could have gotten two. Plus since these guys dropped the ball, my Friday delivery turned into a Monday delivery. Thanks guys

York has been an excellent company to deal with. They have been very responsive when there have been emergencies at the church .

I buy new compressors 3 years ago. Company told me I m not a customer. My heat is not working and I call company they told me call some others company

just got done doing a service call for my store, whoever the man was they put me on the phone with had a nasty attitude and was just so rude with his tone all because we "waited this long to cal him" when we didnt even know about the issue until just this morning?
