They were available to contact us on our furnace that went out at 10 pm and were able to replace it after one day of discussing options. Got very good service after dealing with a very professional sales associate that gave us our options and then we decided on replacing the old furnace and the service tech along with his apprentice was outstanding and swapped out the old with the new in approximately 7 hours time of work. Couldnt be happier with these guys. From Tennille the office manager that was kind enough to drop off some space heaters to use for what could have been a very cold night to the rest of the staff previously mentioned me and the rest of the family thank you !

AW Heating & Cooling Technicians were prompt and on time, were pleasant & professional, willing to troubleshoot and work through a few little “issues” that arose during the installation, and the end result is exactly as anticipated. Great work fellas, Thank You!!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians, had an amazing experience getting my new furnace installed.

We needed a new water heater just before Christmas coming next week and family coming into town. Blaine and Eren did an excellent job! Removed and replaced the old and the new in a quick and efficient manner. After the install they gave me instructions on the operation of the new water heater and pointed out what they had done as part of the job. We got a new furnace and thermostat installed, they went the extra mile to handle all my concerns and to fix extra Things that needed done. Everyone who worked in our house was nice and kind. They were quick and efficient at everything they did. Would highly recommend AW heating and cooling to anyone. I will most definitely be using them in the future.

Excellent service provided by JJ . He was out to clean our furnace yesterday. Very courteous and found a potential problem that he took care of. We have been customers of A&W heating for over 20 years and would never use anyone else. I have even had them out to see service my office furnace. JJ even closed our garage door when he left to keep the cold out !!

They replaced the entire system due to cracked heat exchanger. The heating system was replaced within one day. The workmanship was excellent and Jarid (the foreman) was a great communicator, pleasant and professional. The rest of the crew were hard workers. All around a good experience❗

The entire process from initial assessment of system need, options for system replacement, detailed explanation of options, to selection and installation was outstanding. The HVAC experts were highly professional, installation was organized and well coordinated. Our installation expert took time to fully explain the system, maintenance and answered all of our questions. They were very careful in prepping the work area, carpets and hallways to ensure no damage and everything was kept quite clean and organized. Highly professional throughout the entire process. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services .

Austin did a great job. I tried installing a smart thermostat myself. Dumbest thing I’ve done this year. Fried the transformer at 2:30am. He came over and fixed all in 1/6th of the time it took me to mess it up. My kind of guy, my kind of company. 5 stars.

We had a gas line run into the crawl space from our generator to convert our furnace to propane, and a new WIFI thermostat installed. They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and accommodating! We had a wonderful experience with AW Heating & Cooling and will definitely use them again!

Austin was a complete professional and very friendly. He completed his work very quickly and explained everything he did in detail to us afterwards. He mentioned the maintenance plan and explained the benefits but was not pushy about signing us up, but we did anyways. He was respectful of our home and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a very positive experience with our two furnace installation. All the technicians were very pleasant and worked diligently to get a job that was scheduled for two days done in one long day. Steps were taken at the end to walk me through the systems and get me comfortable with basic operation. From their phone communication to their clean up at the end of the installs they did a fantastic job.

Maintenance check on our furnace. JJ and Blane were on time, professional. Mentioned that we should consider installing a backup sump pump but didn’t do a hard-pressure sell. Highly recommend.

Technician was very prompt, professional, helpful and willing to answer any/all questions I had. Call center and scheduling very friendly. Within an hour and a half heat was restored. Will use again for future services!!
