Affordable Air Heating & Cooling

The guy was there way before my appointment time (which is fine)! He solved the first issue to so could fix the rest and he was quick to the point! Didn’t mess around! I will for sure be calling them whenever we do need our furnace fixed or just for it’s check up!

We called to get our heat pump looked at. They had sent out a tech within just a couple days! Alex came out and checked everything inside and out. He was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you for your prompt service, and the kind professional technician! We would welcome Alex out any time there may be a reason/need!

I had used this company about 4 years ago and back then they were amazing! So on my new home I called to have them fix my mini split system and was quoted a price and the tech told me the price was high because it would be an all day job. When they came out to do the repair they showed up at 8:30 and by 10:30 he tech went to lunch for an hour. When he came back at 11:30 he worked on my unit for another hour and was finished with the job. I was still changed for the "all day" service price. Now I have been calling for 3 weeks to try and speak with the service manager to see why I was still changed the same price when the tech only worked on my unit for 3 hours and nobody will return my call. The customer service has went way down hill in the last 4 years! Good luck if you chose this company because they clearly don't care after they get your money.

Alex was such a great technician!! My aunt is elderly and he explained everything that he was going to do and was very friendly and professional!!! She feels so much better knowing that her furnace and heat pump are ready for winter. I would definitely recommend Alex and Affordable Air for your furnace needs

Justin L. came in checked my heater and replaced my filters for me. He tolde the filters wed been usinf were to small and agave us the right measurmwnts for the right filters. Thank.you so much formaking the experience quick and easy.

Just in came in and went directly to work. He told me that everything was right and that in the next couple of months I probably will want to change filters but not quite yet. I have my own filters and yet he was good enough to go down and get the size just in case I had run out and he couldn't make sure he had one with him next time. . ThankYou so much, Justin!

Installed a new heat pump with air and new thermostat. Crew, Bostyn, Noeh and Ethan, were excellent. They were polite, respectful, worked quickly and made sure everything was cleaned up. Answered all my questions.

Justin H came on time and surprised me with a quote I could afford and an opportunity to pay it in two installments to ensure I didn’t break the bank. I was treated with courtesy and respect by both Justin and Jessica when making my appointment. I am certain that I will always call them in the future.

Wonderful customer service! The guys that come out to install the equipment was very professional and installed it in a very timely manner and was very very polite very good hard working men!! They also helped me with registering and my warranty! I 100% recommend this company!!

We were in a spot, we had guests staying in our cabin and the AC needed serviced. Jessica was able to quickly get us in and was just so nice. The service tech, Blake, was so nice, knowledgeable and got us taken care of quickly. Absolutely recommend and they’ll be my first call going forward.

Wonderful company to work with! My family and I just moved to the area and we needed our HVAC units inspected to make sure it was running in tip top shape. I initially contacted their office using the web form on their website and was contacted the next day by Stacy to make an appointment. I really appreciate that they got back to me in a timely manner and actually responded. I have spoken with both Erika and Stacy from the office and they have been nothing but nice, friendly, and very professional. Alex was the technician that came to my home to inspect both of my HVAC units and even to make any repairs. He was very respectful, patient, professional, and answered any questions that I had. Updated review (4/7/2025): We bit the bullet and had two new HVAC systems installed. Hayden came to our home to give us a quote for the new systems. He was very professional, friendly, and answered any questions we had. He explained everything clearly to me and my husband. The install for our new systems happened about one week later. Brandon, Boston, and his team were awesome! There were two teams that came to our home to install everything. They started around 8:30 am and finished the install by 5 pm. They did an immaculate job of setting everything up and cleaning everything once the job was complete. Brandon explained clearly how to work each system and answered any questions me and my husband had. There was an issue with one unit and Mary was able to send Brandon back to my home the same day to resolve the issue. Again, very happy with the service I received and I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and everyone I have interacted with are so nice! Great company!

Affordable Air did a fantastic job installing our new heat pump and air handler. They left the work area clean and you can tell they take pride in their work. Communication was fantastic from start to finish and I never felt in the dark. Their office operates smoothly and I never felt pressured by Frank Sylvester in sales. He was thorough in explaining the different options and was honest with me. I highly recommend Affordable Air!

Alex came today and did a wonderful job. Was very professional and kept us in the loop on everything he did and what was wrong. He had our unit up and running in no time even going out in the pouring rain to get the job done. We were very pleased with his work ethic and determination to solve the issue. Job well done
