Called them for a furnace issue in extreme cold and they came out and had it fixed within an hour. Diagnosed a flame sensor problem, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. No upselling, just honest, efficient service. Highly recommend.

My experience with this company was above and beyond.. Technician always had a smile and friendy attitude explaining everything well to us.and listened to our concerns.. We had to have them come back the next day ..he returned with the same attitude and smile... I highly recommend this company for fast friendy and 100% top notch service.

We used RA Moser to replace our furnace, air conditioner, and install a new zoning system last fall. The team at Moser did a great job and we highly recommend them to anyone in our area. We had a bit of trouble getting the motor for my unit. However they were genuinely concerned about my family as we had quite a few hot days. The receptionist was very friendly when I called every day to check the status of the part. Brian the service guy who came out was very nice and thorough with his work. Our furnace went out on Christmas eve evening. We have an 85 year old hospice patient in the home. Due to the holiday we couldn't find a service person answering their phone. So we waited until the 26th. By then, sub zero temperatures, our pipes and drains froze. When we called about service they were more concerned with collecting holiday pay then whether a member of their community needed service. We are not interested in using any service company that puts money over the needs of others. Our cash can be used for a more professional company.

Best local heating and cooling company. Emergency service is top notch. On two occasions in dead of winter on a weekend evening. They were prompt, fixed heating issues (blower and starter). Prices always fair. Brian added coolant in our old AC for the second year, courteous and professional . When we opt for a new AC unit install we will definitely not be looking elsewhere.

Our hot water heater was leaking on the Sunday before Christmas We called the 24 hour service and they called us back twice the same day and set up an appointment to change the hot water heater on Monday Everyone was very polite and very professional job We recommend them to anyone

Just had furnace serviced for the winter. The serviceman answered any question I had. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the product he serviced. I’ve been with moser heating for twenty years, and every year I realized I picked the best company. I have referred friends that bought there and they are very happy

I talked to Brian after being recommended by a friend to RA Moser... Mind you its January in Ohio and we have a newborn baby in the house... and the heat went out! This friend and I went through a few steps to fix the furnace but none worked.... Brian walked me through a few steps over the phone and i even sent him a video via text to show him what was going on. Within minutes the furnace was back on and working without him even visiting the house. So grateful to talk to a guy who genuinely wanted to help and wasn't looking for my wallet. I will use this company again!
