Everything was fine and we were satisfied.

I am really impressed and is my go to guy. I am a contractor myself and I use Eric on alot of my jobs and I also have him inspect alot of my work as I trust his judgement. Excellent customer service he is always responsive (unless he is on a job) and he is quick to respond to emergency calls and he will make a point to get to me as soon as he can. Very dependable and I count on him to be there when he says and do the work as he says. Erics pricing is more than fair. He is very knowledgeable in the trades and he was able to identify and fix an issue with a panel on my water heater that I did not even know existed. I actually have recommended to my landlord and previous landlord and they have called him back for additional work. Eric is very serious about his business. Good follow up even though I have never had to call Eric back, but if I did, he will address the issue immediately. I highly recommend.
