Sub freezing temperatures with mounds of snow Tolson Comfort System came through! Replaced a Reznor heater at the shop and now we are toasty warm. The cat and myself couldn't be happier!

Had my furnace stop working. Thought it might have been the igniter so I took it in to get a new one. The guys there actually recommended i not waste my money for a replacement because the old one should be just fine. Amazing how kind they were and didn't just try and make the company money that route. Still can't figure it out so I'll be calling them to schedule a service call now! Highly recommend them!!

My old A/C unit stopped working on a 90° day. I was completely expecting id be told i needed a new unit. The tech replaced 2 parts and I had a working A/C in about an hour. And the low cost was another great surprise! I so appreciate their timeliness, professionalism, and not ripping me off! Tolsons came with a high recommendation and I too highly recommend them. Tolson always provides excellent service on our geothermal system and they are extremely efficient, helpful & knowledgeable. We have utilized their services for 3 years now & would highly recommend.

Furnace stopped working. They just kept guessing and changing parts till they found the problem. Three different parts and $800 later it was finally fixed. They also charged double what the part actually cost, along with a scheduled outrageous labor charge on top of that. They just gouge their customers thinking they’re stupid while laughing all the way to the bank. I’ll never use them again.

Greatest experience ever. The blower motor in my furnace went and I wanted to replace it myself. I called them to see if they had the blower motor I needed and they said they could check and see if not they could order it I just needed my model and serial number. I got wht I needed and went over to there shop. Steve, Josh and John were more than helpful. They went above and beyond wht they had to do by leaps and bonds. I went home and in less than 30 mins things were all back together and working perfect. Thank you it's nice to see a local business going above and beyond. My family and dogs thank you too. Going to b getting warm out and they need the ac. Again thank you and I will highly recommend you to all.

They had a part in stock that I needed and it was under 30 dollars , they sold me a part that another company would only send out a tech to over charge me.

They are so nice. My air quit on 4th July weekend and I called them and they came and got it running again.
