Negative a million stars. Worst contractor experience we have ever had. They only fixed the leaks they caused after we tried to initiate a refund. Our old mini split system upstairs needed to be replaced and we were referred to Blind and Sons. They came out and quoted us a good price and installed the new system the following week. The three weeks that followed were a nightmare. We noticed one of the units dripping down the wall; a tech came back and tightened a connector in the wall. We then noticed a dripping noise in the wall from the same unit; a tech came back again and made a plan to replace the new pump they just installed. Meanwhile our baseboards were now warped and untold water damage in our walls. Then we noticed a puddle by the other unit, a dripping noise in another wall and more water damage; another tech visit where they scheduled a follow up installer visit. The installer never showed up. They rescheduled for the next day (Friday), then cancelled and offered to call u

Approval of Jim's quote at the end of May 2022 was followed by prompt scheduling of the installation for June 2022. The installation team and electrician worked well together, and the entire job was completed the same day without delays. Within a week or so, we experienced several sunny days over 90° and the split unit performed flawlessly.

I purchased a furnace/air conditioner unit from Blind and Sons only 7 years ago and even purchased their extended maintenance agreement for NOTHING! It was not worth the paper it was printed on! The air conditioner stopped working and I called for a repair and I was told they no longer even service my area! They were eager to sell and install their expensive equipment in my area though, but they don't honor their service agreement nor even return to service it when there's a problem. Don't call Blind and Sons unless you want to get ripped off!!

They charged me 100 and some dollars just to change the valve, but they did it wrong and did not fixed the job and I think they broke the valve, They did not gave an invoice and I'm very unhappy with the service.

The plumber was courteous and efficient. He took the time to answer our questions.

Called regarding an electrical issue, dispatch sent an HVAC person "free for new customers" HVAC inspector disassembles the furnace under the guise of inspecting the device, says that he doesn't think the furnace will work when he puts it back together then says that this visit is no longer an inspection but is now a diagnostic visit and charges us $120.00. Total SCAM. Electricians came an hour after and were great, but the HVAC visit drags what would otherwise be a good review down to a 1 star, if not lower.

Shaun explained the process of declogging my kitchen sink and got to work. Everything completed and explained. I always turn to Blind & Sons for plumbing, furnace, and electrical work that needs to be done. Professional service at its best!

Terrible. Serviceman drilled through the new structure with mounting screws, ran the Romex along the wrong board where it showed after I gave clear instructions on where to mount the cable, and used interior grade Romex for an exterior installation.

He was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with him in my house.

Narrowed problem down to one switch. Replaced switch. Working fine.

It went quite well. I am a pet parent and the professionalism of the tech towards my pet, my husband and myself. was extraordinary. He explained everything in detail, did not rush the job and took the time to set up appointments for future work that need to be done as well as answer our questions

One of the two technicians had to leave to get the filter, the other one stayed and worked the entire time. They were both very friendly and professional.

We told him what was going on. He came in to check the breaker and everything in the breaker was good. After that he went to look around and found the problem. It was a easy fix that we didn’t know about but was very friendly and explained what was going on and what to do for next time. :) also the service was free for them to just come and look at it. Very happy

It went smoothly.

Tech was very professional and did an excellent job. He explained everything that he checked and suggested we replace the igniter. After comparing our igniter with a new one, we could see the damage on the old one. He replaced it and did a very good job of cleaning up. We are always very satisfied with Blind & Sons.

ok, they had to go out and get the proper valve as the one on our tank was threaded deeper than most and they did not carry that size with them. job well done.

From the initial call to set up the quote through the installation itself, Blind & Sons was nothing but professional. The salesman was knowledgeable and worked with me on the various options for the job. We arrived at what turned out to be the best price of the 4 contractors i interviewed. The installation as well went off without a hitch. The installers arrived on time, walked me through a review of the job and cleaned up after they were finished.

This was my second call to them after a very successful electrical visit. I called them around 11:00 and they were able to get somebody out within 2 hours to make the repairs. I had the shut-off valves for my washing machine fail and several other people that I called quoted me between $500 and $1,000 to do the repairs which included replacing the wall box and all the plumbing. The technician from Blind and Sons came out and looked at everything and assessed that only the faucets needed to be replaced everything else was still in good shape. Quoted me only $200 for the repair and completed it in approximately 15 minutes there were no leaks everything was good I was very happy. I would absolutely recommend their services I've already used them twice and plan to use them for several other projects at my new home.

This was my first experience with Blind and Sons and I couldn't be happier. They were very professional quoted me on the spot very reasonable prices. One of the things I really like is they train their own apprentices and this gives me a good feeling about their longevity. I've already used them again for their plumbing services
