My technician Shawn showed up around 1:30 PM. Right during the window of service time. He was respectful and completed the repairs. He he informed me that the filter I was using was a little bit too robust for the system and was causing it to work harder than it should. I thought I was doing right, but apparently I was not. Shawn did a great job and I greatly appreciate DK Heating and Son. See you when it warms up

Mike Copeland is the best tech! He did us a major solid, getting a busted furnace fixed same day when the temps were 18°F outside. DK was accommodating with scheduling as we were heading out of town in the afternoon and were able to shuffle stuff around to get us serviced in the morning. Great experience all around

We came home from a vacation and our furnace was not working. We called DK heating and they literally rescued us from a bad situation. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and found the problem immediately. He fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. We are very pleased!

DK Heating came with all-hands on to help diagnose the non-functioning hot water tank in the middle of a winter snap! They were alerted on a Sunday and by Monday morning an appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, it was honored to the minute, trouble-shooting done by Shaun who is one of their best! He's been a steadying expert to maintain our HVAC, and now the hot water. The replacement is slated for Tuesday already!! I can't thank the DK Heating Team for such a fantastic response to a request for help.

I’ve used DK for my HVAC maintenance for the last two years and have been impressed by their reliability, honesty and professionalism. I have an older system, and they ensure I get the most life out of it and are always up front about my options and cost if something needs replacing. They do not try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs or replacements. All of their technicians have been great. Dave, Dan and Shaun were all attentive, friendly and efficient.

Absolutely the best and most trustworthy HVAC company I ever encountered. They visited us on two different occasions and each time gave us very reasonable price estimates and sage honest advice, even when that advice reduced or eliminated whatever amount we would have spent. I’ve worked with the team at DK for almost 20 years now. They’ve always been great. Honest people and a good company. They’ve installed new systems, done repair and maintenance work over the years at multiple homes of ours. I’ve recommended them to many people over the years and continue to use them exclusively.

Contacted for a quote on HVAC work. Spelled out needs ahead of time. I.e., convert electric to gas with all duct work in place and air handler in attic Office was great & very friendly. Easy to deal with. Representative arrived on time and was professional though he arrived without a ladder, and he had no desire to go back to the business to get one (less than 5 miles away) and then proceeded to tell me that I would need to contact a carpenter to cut a wider opening in my ceiling so he could get the furnace through to the attic. He further advised that they don’t do that type of work. Mind you, I’ve received 2 quotes and neither company listed this as a requirement. This representative seemed uninterested in the work at hand & came totally unprepared. In all honesty, a complete waste of my time and his/theirs. Personally, I would not consider this company for any work in the future & can’t recommend them. Again, this was just my experience.

DK Heating was able to make same day appointment for me and fix my furnace at a fair price. Dan has serviced my furnace before and always does a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Shaun did a great job. This is the second time he has been to our home for seasonal tuneup. He is very knowledgeable, polite and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. Always a pleasure to have him service our two units.

I had their tech look at my recently installed Breeze33. They were very professional, easy to talk with, answered my questions & very patient. They seemed truly interested in my concerns & wanted to make sure I was pleased and understood everything before leaving.

I selected this heating company because they had serviced our furnace for the previous owner. The technician arrived when he said he would and performed the clean and check very thoroughly. He explained everything to me that he did and answered all the questions that I had. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called DK Heating for a new noise coming from the furnace…tech, Rusty was sent out same day..problem identified..part is covered under warranty and ordered and to be installed next week. Very happy with service…Rusty was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend DK Heating!

This was a perfect experience. I moved into my newly built home in August, never used the heat. Then this past weekend when the weather got down to 40 at night I turned the heat on and nothing happened. I went in the basement, flipped the furnace switch up and down and checked the breaker. Then called DK, spoke to Avery and got a same day appointment with Nick. He came out, checked everything and found out the plumber never opened the gas line to the furnace and even though it wasn’t their fault, took care of it, and I immediately had heat before he left. I was obviously thrilled, and he was very efficient. At 5pm when he left he told me he still had 4 more appointments that day. How refreshing that good businesses are still out there after Covid doing a great job.

Dave is always knowledgeable, friendly, takes time to explain and answer questions. He's been servicing our unit for many years and hope he continues to return. The office staff is always on top of yearly appointments and friendly also.

Dave has been doing maintenance on our AC/Furnace for many years. He has been instrumental in keeping the systems running and in good order. It has been a pleasure to work with Dave and the office staff. Thank You for your help.

DK Heating and Cooling is an excellent company, very professional and reputable. Their technician, Dave Marino, serviced my furnace and did a very thorough job of cleaning and testing the operating of the system. He was kind and knowledgeable and took time to explain everything.

Wonderful service! They keep track of our maintenance program and we never have to worry about scheduling preventive maintenance through the seasons. Highly recommend for taking care of business HVAC.
