I actually called last night to report that cold air was coming out of my vents. I was told that someone would get back with me after they page the emergency on call person. I never heard back from anyone and had to call again in the morning so we went with out heat through the night and most of the morning. The technician was polite once he arrived! I have no complaints about the way he conducted himself. However, I do feel like the diagnostic fee should have been eliminated or decreased since I paid for the service to be completed.

Our tech Adam was a 12/10. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and sold to us without being sale-sy. Such a great guy and 72 degrees is lucky to have him!

Called in with no heat and they had a tech out in 2 hrs! Didn't try and sell me a whole new furnace when all they had to do is pull a bird out of the exhaust! Thanks!

Heating issues started on a Saturday morning. The team came out by the afternoon and diagnosed the issue within an hour while clearly explaining the issue as well. The team came back out Sunday morning at 8am and repaired the heating system in a couple hours. Highly recommended and will continue to utilize for any heating / cooling needs.

In the heat of the summer, our air conditioning system went down and to make matters worse, it was a 25 year old system. 72 Heating and Cooling was so incredibly nice on the phone when we setup an appointment to have a quote for a new unit to be installed. When Bruce came out to give us a quote, he unexpectedly got our unit up and running so we had air conditioning while making our final decisions on who would install our new unit. Bruce was more concerned about getting our family cooked down than getting the sale on a new unit. We ended up selecting 72 Heating and Cooling based on the level of service we received and the knowledge of the systems they install. Very impressed all around. There price was also the most competitive!

I called for someone to check my furnace, they came out the same day within one hour and service tech fixed my furnace st a reasonable price im very happy and satisfied I gave them a 5 Star Review

I had a great experience with Thomas Harsch who came out to repair our air conditioner. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had the system up and running in no time. What stood out was his attention to detail and respect for our home—he wore shoe covers, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Great job, not many HVAC companies actually diagnose the unit anymore, they just say get a new one. 72 degrees were very detailed!

They are courteous, come to appointments on time, and care enough about your property to put on those little blue booties every time they set foot in your home! They installed central air in my 1931 tudor, when others said it couldn't be done. It has been working efficiently for the last 19 years! I highly recommend you use their expertise if you want it done right and with excellent customer service.

Had my regular inspection of my A/C done. Alex the technician was prompt and professional. Also went out of his way to help test that the condenser coils weren’t leaking. Would recommend 72 Degrees to anyone who needs HVAC work!

We recently had two furnaces replaced, a heat pump added for supplementing our upstairs, along with replacing a garage heater. Bruce and his team did an excellent job and came in on budget.
