Woke up this morning to no heat. My mechanical ability is strong but I know when to call a pro. And Sam and his son are just that. They came quick, found the issue, sourced the part and got us warm again in a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend and enjoyed doing business with a family owned and run operation.

Sam and his crew installed a new furnace and air unit for us and they went above and beyond for us. They were the only company that would do some tricky duct work for us, and they knocked it out of the park and it surpassed expectations! It looks beautiful and works as promised. They were honest and fair, not to mention...on time! Couldn't ask for any better. Thank you Sam and crew, you all earned my business for life, and will recommend to everyone.

Sam and his team were incredibly prompt and responsive. They scheduled an appointment at a time that worked for me and arrived right on time. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service they provided. They conducted a thorough assessment to find where the gas leak is and offered practical solutions without trying to upsell unnecessary services. They are very efficient and dependable.They completed the work in a timely manner and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. I had an issue with my steam boiler. Initially, I called one of the larger HVAC companies who sent a technician that informed me they would not be able to proceed due to the difficulty/liability presented by the problem. I called A-All and they fixed the issue promptly and comprehensively, and I got a great deal! I’ll be recommending A-All to any friends with HVAC issues.

Sam and his team did a fantastic job! It was my first time having them out to my home and Sam went above and beyond on the phone to describe my system and options. James, the service tech was very knowledgeable and detailed. Wow, I finally found a good heating and air conditioning company. Our garage heater stopped working and needed repair. I left a message and Sam returned a call the same day. Sam scheduled one of his crews which showed up right on time. They fixed the heater and cleaned up, I felt the pricing was very fair.

Sam is a gem!! We had problems with our Hayward pool heater. He answered when I called. He came out to our rural area within a couple days. He was more than helpful taking care of warranty issues. Would highly recommend Sam and A-all Comfort HVAC.

When the temp reaches 5 degrees, you don’t want to hear that your tech will call you back. With Sam, you hear, I am on the way. We had a very tricky heating issue on a very old system at the worst time of the year with the worst weather(Jan 15 2024). A-All Comfort was outstanding. Arriving quickly and on time over multiple visits. Bringing exceptional knowledge to the situation. Thanks to Sam and his team, freezing pipes and other crisis type issues were avoided.

I’m a realtor and anytime a client asks for a referral for an HVAC company I refer them to A-All Comfort. Today, at my own residence, I was having issues with my furnace running non stop and blowing cold air. They sent someone out to my home 2 hours after I called. They quickly remedied the issue and the price was extremely reasonable. Unlike other HVAC companies, they didn’t try to upsell me anything. I will continue to recommend A-All Comfort!

If you are looking for prompt service (the owner is on top of everything), great technicians and fair prices look no further. When we have had any issues they will come right away and take care of it. I have never felt a greater sense of comfort knowing that if our heat (in this case) goes out, they will be there to take care of it inside hours. We will never use anyone else for our heating issues.

I asked A-All Comfort to come out for a second opinion on the work and estimate that another company had provided. We had been using this company for years to provide regular maintenance and repairs. I learned that we didn’t need to spend the $1100 the other company wanted us to spend. I also learned that the $600 repair we had already paid the other company to do was likely due to their poor maintenance and lack of performance. A-All Comfort actually talked us out of replacing a pressure switch that they could have charged us hundreds of dollars to replace. They have earned our business going forward. I was referred by another happy customer to A-All Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning after being without AC for 2 1/2 months because the part needed to fix it was on back order...WOW!! I am so impressed!! Sam Paros was amazing!! He legitimized the fact that the manufacturer had the part on back order...but took it a step further and located the part...in Cleveland...6 hours after he first talked to me. He squeezed me in to their busy schedule because he knew that I had been without AC for 2 1/2 months (not 2 1/2 days)...he was up front and honest about what it would take to fix...and explained it to me in terms that I could understand. Well, on the day of service, the technician showed up right on time...he took his time to complete the job...and it turns out...I didn't need the @$##^^#^ part at all!! It was fixed within hours and for less than I expected to spend. How could I ask for anymore than that??!! I highly recommend A-All Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning. I am not always easily pleased, but I was exceptionally impressed with their service!!

Responded quickly to my service call, (furnace stopped working) They were absolutely amazing working with my home Warranty company... within a few short hours, I was a warm and toasty customer. No question here, they have a customer for life.

They removed a 70 plus year old furnace and installed a brand new quality high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system in a day and a half. Extremely thorough in explaining everything they installed. I would highly recommend A-all comfort inc to my relatives and close friends.

Sammy Paros and his staff have been doing our furnace and air conditioning maintenance for over 10 years now. They are prompt, polite and very honest with their assesments and quotes and they go out of their way to work around my time schedule. Sammy and his team are the best. He installed a new boiler at our home in Mayfield and solved multiple issues at our new home in Novelty.... he discovered thermostat was wired incorrectly, heating elements were not coming on properly. I needed to add heating to my finished basement. Scott was sent to my house to give me a quote and his thoughts on my system. Price was fair and the work he did was even better. Not only was the installation perfect, he noticed a deficiency which he corrected to improve heating in my house overall. Great customer service and professionalism....highly recommended.

My neighborhood had a power out last night. No AC the next day. I called numerous company's - got voicemails or no one could help me today. Found this companies # - spw an actually person and the Awesome service began from there. Quick same day arrival. He explained the problem and the price before starting the service. He even let me ask him a lot a questions w/o being annoyed. Haha! This company is my Official go to for AC / Heating Service!! If you don't give this company a try - you would be cheating yourself on a great service & price!!

My Pool Heater stopped working right before the holiday weekend. Sam came right out, diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the part in his truck. I was back up and running in no time.

My interaction with A-All was with Robert, and I found him to be responsive and courteous. I was in the process of selling my home, and realized that I had not had my furnace inspected for a couple of years. I called and spoke with Robert, and he was able to get to my home the same day and address my issue.
