Mike is one of the most knowledgeable and honest HVAC contractors around. He has so much experience working on these systems and I trust his opinions completely. Most places just want to replace your whole system but Mike diagnoses the root of the problem to fix your issue. Cannot recommend him enough! I will always go with American Integrity!

I've had work done twice by Mike so far and any future work I need on my HVAC will be done by him as well. I met him after having one of the 'Premium' companies come out and service my furnace and they failed to fix the issue. It took Mike all of 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and determine what the root cause was. He ordered the parts and replaced them within days and the price was much better than the quotes I'd received from other businesses. On the second occasion, I called him about my AC and he was there the next day. Just from our initial phone conversation, he was able to diagnose the problem and after a few minutes to confirm it, again found the root cause. He ordered the parts, and they were installed the very next day. Once again, the price was exceptionally fair and the service excellent. Mike is the guy to call, if you want the work done quickly, correctly, and at a fair price.

Mike was great! We had an issue with our heating unit and he not only fixed the issue but checked everything else out for us as well to make sure it was working properly. We have called before and he has walked us through self-fixes also in order to save money. He is very reasonably priced and is flexible with time. Great to work with!

Mike at American Integrity is as good as it gets. I appreciate him every time he services my rental property. He is always responsive. He does this and that as well as HVAC. He is knowelegable and is great at his job. The best part is that he is honest and fair with his service fees and I fully trust him and his service.

I recently had to call this business for help with my a/c compressor. Mike was very knowledgeable and diagnosed a few problems I had. He was able to repair a component rather than charge me for a new one. He also hoses down the outside of my condenser and showed me the proper method to keep it clean. His rates are better than most and he does honest work. He came as a recommendation from a friend and I would definitely recommend him myself.

A while back, our home AC unit,on the hottest day of the year, decided to stop working. Knowing nothing about HVAC, and not knowing anyone in the business, I had no idea who to call. I talked with our neighbor and she highly recommended Mike and gave me his name and number. I called him and he was able to come out within a couple of hours.Fearing he would tell me I needed a new HVAC unit, I was shocked when he said I just needed a part and could get it back up and running for under $200. Mike had the part on his truck, installed it, and had my AC unit blowing cold within 30 minutes. If there was ever a person that could have been "taken for a ride", it was me. He could have told me it was going to cost $1,000, and I would have paid it. I found Mike to be courteous, timely, knowledgeable, and honest.My aunt just called me telling me her AC unit isn't working. I didn't hesitate to give her Mike's name and number. I have his info stored in my cell phone and will never have to worry about having to have someone work on my HVAC unit. Thanks for the work you did for us, Mike. Rest assured, I will continue to to refer people to you as I know they'll be in good hands!!!

Where do I start? I guess I can say I'm not a person who gives reviews. The short of it is, my AC went out. I found Mike, I read reviews and called at 7 last night. He was here the next evening, and by the end of it, I was all smiles. He saved me what I feared might be thousands of dollars. For someone to have the word Integrity in their name is very bold. But he proved it, not just in his knowledge, and explanation of what's going on with my AC. I like to tip those who provide excellent service. Mike told me my price, and I happened to give a tip. He did not know this, nor was he expecting it. We say our good evenings and he's on his way. 5 minutes later, I get a knock on my door to let me know I've overpaid. If that doesn't show the type of integrity Mike has with his business and reputation, I don't know what does. If you're having heating/AC issues...call Mike, you won't regret it.

I called Mike the owner of American Integrity HVAC to work on our AC, he had been recommended to me by other customers. First he showed up on time, big plus. He quietly and methodically found the issue in no time. He explained what was wrong, with a background on how it all worked together, and how it got that way. He gave me several options, which I appreciated. He wasn't in a hurry to get out the door, and made me feel like he could empathize, with my situation. He doesn't drive a big fancy truck with a picture of some model on it, but what he did do was a good job, at a very reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable, and professional, but at the same time personable. I have given up on looking for the deal too good to be true, it always turns out bad in the end, but I do want a good job at a fair price. Mike gave me that, so I highly recommend him and his company.

I have had several HVAC service companies over the years and am sticking with Mike and American Integrity for several reasons. 1-Mike always does quality work. He doesn't stop until the job is done right. Two other companies filled our system with freon, but it was Mike who took the time to find the leak and correct the problem. 2-Mike is fair. I have never felt pressured or overcharged, good service and happy customers are more important than financial benefit to him. 3-People skills. Mike is always polite, pleasant to have around. He takes time to explain the problem and tells me how it could be prevented in the future. Again, I have not found anyone better.

American Integrity manages all of my HVAC needs. They are very professional, honest and always get the job done right. Mike has also always explained exactly what work needs to be done and why. I highly recommend American Integrity and will continue using their great service.

I don't normally write reviews because, like most people, we normally only want to speak up when we've had a terrible experience. In this case, I am so very pleased with his service that I would find it unconscionable to not share this experience with you. Save yourself the time, trouble, and money and call Mike *first*. In my case, calling him made a $7,812 difference. If that kind of quality and integrity matters to you, look no further. Additional details: Mike is awesome! We contacted him after having a terrible experience with another HVAC company, and I wish we had found Mike BEFORE. He was professional, on-time, very friendly, knew what the heck he was doing, and was very honest with us. It turned out that we had a pipe leak in the house and if it wasn't for him, we would have gone on thinking it was our heatpump (like the first HVAC company led us to believe) and we would have spent $8K out of pocket for a new system that we didn't need. Instead, he saved us a LOT of money and prevented further property damage. He's not trying to upsell you things you don't need, and his price to come out was VERY reasonable. If you're looking for an experienced and honest HVAC guy - he's the only one you'll need.

I have used American Integrity on various instances, and Mike Luken has always been very ethical, professional, reasonable and prompt. I have had no followup issues and have always been happy with his work. I highly recommend his services.

My A/C was down and I needed service ASAP. I called my usual provider and they missed the appointment then couldn't reschedule for 3 days. The second company said they had no appointments available for 3 days. I called the Westinghouse service line and found American Integrity. I called, spoke to Mike (owner), and he was out within 4 hours (he had an install already scheduled). He arrived when scheduled, was professional/polite, diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate (which was very reasonable), corrected the problem, and even serviced the A/C for season at no extra charge. The whole experience left me and my wife speechless. To top it off he called a couple days later to make sure the repairs he made actually resolved the issue (which it did). The best part of the experience is that we now have a new GREAT HVAC company. Additionally, American Integrity provides plumbing and electrical services which we will utilize whenever we have the need. To sum up, American Integrity is a 10 in our book!

American Integrity installed a new high efficiency furnace for me. The installer (Mike) did a great job, at a great price. I have no problems recommending this business to my family and friends. Quality work, quality equipment, good value.

I noticed a puddle in our basement near our 19-year-old furnace/AC and prepared myself for the worst. I called Mike, described what was happening, and figured once he came to check it out, he'd tell us it was time to replace the AC. Instead, right there on the phone, Mike suggested two things for us to check. He walked us through what needed to be done and sure enough - he was right on both counts. No more leak! You can bet the next time we run into an issue, Mike will be the first person we call!
