Very informative, about my heater and heating systems. The Tech went the extra step to verify good intake installation for the heater, and gave good advice on the troublesome filter set-up. Internal transformer had failed: replaced unit and gave good explanation on why thermostat was behaving in a strange way. Good work for a simple job, and done within the hour.

I would recommend very informative and even came out early because they had a cancellation.

Above and beyond

Awesome technicians, patiently explained my issue and gave me time to process cost. I believe their pricing is fair, its just my first time having A/C repair and didn't know what to expect. They were punctual, respectful and helpful. Definitely will use them again.

Carlos and Pedro did a wonderful job. I had another company (one of the big ones) out before them and was told I had leaks in my AC unit and needed it replaced so I decided to get another opinion. I contacted On-Point. Spoke to John the owner on the phone. He asked several questions before sending his crew out. They ran a pressure test on the lines which the other company did not do. Carlos told me I did not have any leaks just needed more Freon. He filled it ran another test and BAM the unit works fine now. OnPoint is an honest company, they have me for life.
