A1 company. I got a new Furnace and AC and their prices are unmatched. Very professional and on time. These guys got the job done in 0 degree weather with 2 feet of snow on my back porch where the AC is. I had a ton of questions and they answered them all with no problem. Highly recommended. Great guys great company.

Ryan, the owner and his technician, Alec, have been AWESOME, provided customer service & get the job done. Alec, the technician, has been communicating with me throughout the entire process of repairing the A.C. Unit. I explained my issue to Ryan, and he immediately responded by saying that he would help me out, considering that I had a unique situation, beyond the repairs (something that had to do with my address, exclusively). Ryan, kept his word with me and came through. Having to put your trust into someone that you don’t know can be challenging. Let’s just say…Ryan, did NOT disappoint! Great service, Great price, on time, professional. I'm a property manager, We had a old expensive furnace; that we could have just replaced the damaged parts; however, it just wasn't cost effective. So, I asked for prices on both. Ryan gave us a great price, with a great warranty and it was definately affordable for my client! He got the job done in great time frame. Ryan did a great job, I even got quotes from other companies and service providers. He beat their quotes hands down. Found Ryan from my previous heating & cooling guy. Ryan is always on time. He has even called me from his previous job to inform me he is on his way & showed up earlier than stated. Very reasonable. Last service call was $79.00. I recommend him to everyone.

We moved into a home with a dated unit only to have it fail and completely stop producing heat within 24 hours of being moved in. So a total nightmare basically, and an extreme cost up front we were not ready to incur as homeowners that quickly! In a panic I had a big name company come out that offered a repair to my 2005 furnace or replacement quote- the repair being around $3200 with no guarantees, and an estimate to replace the entire HVAC system at 10-12k minimum. I was given Ryan’s number on referral, and he was able to come assess within hours and have a quote sent that very day (Friday) and a new complete system installed by Monday. He was prompt, courteous, and very communicative through the process- not to mention blowing the pricing out of the water of his competition. I can’t thank him enough for getting us up and running quickly and with confidence in his work. I’d recommend him to anyone in the area needing work done on their HVAC!

I would 100% recommend this company! They are now my go to company from this point forward! Here's why: This week Columbus HVAC Services came out after a very large, well-known company came out and tried to convince me that it was doomsday and I needed replace my entire HVAC system for $15,000 (including a 5-year-old furnace that is perfectly fine). Fast forward to today, Columbus HVAC Services came and fixed my air conditioner for $325 and showed me how the other company straight up lied about the severity of the repair. I HIGHLY recommend using Columbus HVAC Services!

Very bad service! I bought a house in February and they installed a brand new furnace and ac unit, furnace worked one day and they sub contracted someone else out to fix the issue a week later. Go to turn on my brand new ac yesterday and nope does not work either. I txted them last night only to be blocked and had to call 4 times with a private number to get an answer and then was told they will call me this afternoon to put me on the schedule. I called a month ago with furnace issues again and they asked one question and never got back with me so we shall see if they call over the ac! Very unprofessional business!!! Update, I get a call back from them and I was just told since I left a bad review that I can find someone else to fix the ac! Nope was not a bad review but the truth of how they do business! Very very poor business to deal with and I highly recommend calling other companies that isn’t a rip off and scam your money!
