Working with Global Heating and Cooling was an absolute pleasure. Their team was incredibly meticulous and professional throughout the entire process of installing my central air unit. Since my home is older and constructed differently compared to newer homes, they took their time to carefully assess how to wire everything correctly. Their attention to detail and thoroughness truly stood out. Beyond their technical expertise, their staff’s demeanor and professionalism were exceptional. They were respectful, patient, and very focused on doing the job right. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would confidently recommend Global Heating and Cooling. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future projects. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Global Heating and Cooling. They came to install a brand new AC unit for my home and I couldn’t be more happier . They were super fast and very flexible with my schedule to get it done. They were very kind and very informative of teaching me how to keep up with my new unit and taking care of it. Mario and Charles did a really good job of making sure I was satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend them to others . They even stayed a little after doing the job and making sure the air was working properly and making sure there were no issues . Charles came to repair a drain line for my a/c unit and inspect my furnace he was professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Global heating and cooling

We thought Charles was working with the manufacturer to obtain parts under warranty for our heat pump. After several unreturned phone calls and text messages he came out to look at the unit. Charles said he would order the compressor. And then more unreturned calls and text messages. It is clear that he and his company had no interest in doing the warranty repair. He lied when he told us he ordered the part. From the beginning of August through mid September we waited for Charles to respond.

Global Heating and Cooling (GHC) came to replace our Furnance that failed in April 2020. GHC did a great job at a fair price, replacing the furnace with a more efficient unit in within 2 days. We are so grateful (it was cold in April) that they responded so quickly. I will call them again! Thanks Charles!

Had them replace my heater last year and then they they replaced the air conditioner for me this year. It was a pleasant, easy going experience each time and the high quality customer service and interaction was definitely noticed!

We had Global out to deal with plumbing and HVAC repairs. In each case, the technician mis-diagnosed the problems, repaired the wrong items and left without the issues being resolved. When the problems continued, we even had them return to try to diagnose and fix the issues. They spent more time and money and STILL could not come up with a solution. We had to call a different plumbing company (The Plumbing Source) to come out to the house, and within 1-hour they were able to determine tie issue (Pressure regulator valve) and repair it. It is working fine now. We would NOT recommend Global Heating & cooling. You would be wasting your time and money.

Charles is professional from start to finish. Shows you what is broke and explains everything in terms you understand. Very good at keeping you up to date. Choosing this company is a no brainer. I'll be sure to use them again.

This business installed and continues to maintain my HVAC. Service is very professional and the system is great. I am thrilled with Global!

Bought this heating unit 2yrs ago and the furnace stopped working in 2yrs and in order for them to check this dam thing I have to pay 89$ for a service call and pay extra for labor please stay away for this company k wish I had done more research on this company befor purchase

Back in January of 2019 as the temperature dropped below zero my furnace went out. I know they were getting slammed with calls for repairs but Global came out the same day and within 2 days I had a completely new furnace installed. They were professional, courteous and outstanding. I highly recommend them to all!
