I have a warranty from Jensen. Beckman purchased the company, but refuses to honor the warranty. Please know that when you deal with them, they are not trustworthy and do not deserve your business. There are plenty of quality HVAC contractors out there - give your business to them instead. PS. I am updating my review. It's always great when the owner of the company responds. What I see in the response is that the owner isn't willing to follow the obligations of a company he bought. If you don't have long-term business with him (which wasn't a requirement of my contract and isn't going to be a requirement for any of you), then he won't stand behind the original work. Why would you do business with the company that insists you be their customer forever, or else best of luck to you? There are plenty of excellent local companies who will stand behind their labor.

A few days before the in-laws were coming into town for the weekend, our fairly dated AC unit decided to quit on us. I reached out to Beckman Services in desperate need to have a new unit installed ASAP. They were able to squeeze us in given the circumstances shortly before they arrived. The crew was right on time, knocked out the install with ease and were extremely polite. I’m very pleased with the level of service and responsiveness. 10/10 would recommend

Technican late in 30 minute come spend one hour didn’t find nothing After that he let me know you 1 hour is finish ! wold you like extend for another hour ? And I feel I’m in men’s club Sorry not today ... My mistake I didn’t read reviews before I call that company ...

I have nothing but rave reviews for Beckman Services! They provided prompt, professional, courteous and timely service. I was referred to them by a neighbor who had used them 2 times in 17 years to replace a water heater. The recommendation came with high regards. My water heater was on its last leg when I contacted Beckman's. Someone came to my house within a day of me reaching out to give me an estimate. They worked me in at a crucial time. They did an excellent job. It's refreshing in today's society to see someone stand by their word; they do what they say they're going to do. It's a quality that's rare these days. I am forever grateful for the people at Beckman Services. Thank you.

The service tech arrived at my marina at a scheduled time and date.  He was very professional.  He identified that the compressor on the unit had failed and was "frozen".  He said that he would check with the office to get a quote to replace or repair the unit.  I did not hear from Beckman so after two weeks I called the office and told them that I had not received the quote.  The person answering the phone was not able to assist and told me that someone would give me a call.  After a couple more days I called again because they had not returned my call.  At that time I was told that they would not be able to perform the service I needed.  This responce was not expected because they had no problem telling me before there technician came out they frequently services marine A/C units and they had no difficulity accepting my $200 credit card payment.  They even required to have my credit card number before scheduling the original service call.  A $200 payment to be told what I already new, that the A/C did not work, and then did not follow through is very unprofessional and Angie's customers should no how this company treats there customers. . <br /> <br />

Mr. Beckman was knowledgeable and very conscientious. He made an extra effort to resolve the problem. His diligence and concern saved me alot of money and more importantly, saved us from serious damage to appliances and to our home.
