All-Spec Heating & Cooling

I requested a quote for a tankless hot water heater from All-Spec when Michael Barsda was here for the annual furnace maintenance check-up. I was provided a prompt and thorough quote later that same day. I initially declined since I wanted to wait - I had not yet made the decision to convert from conventional to tankless. Of course as fate would have it, only a week later, my old tank began to leak! I contacted All-Spec and asked how quickly they could do the job. To my delight, they came the next day and honored the original quote. Michael came, as well as, another Mike to assist in the install. They did a very professional job, completing all work, including hauling away the old tank in about 4 hours. We are thrilled with the tankless system! Michael & Mike did an awesome job!

All Spec is amazing! They were able to fit us in their schedule same day. They were recommended to us by our son who had a great experience with them as well. Our tech, Michael Fidoe, was very professional and quite knowledgeable. He completed a very thorough cleaning of our furnace and made adjustments for it to work more efficiently. We are definitely impressed and have joined their Platinum Plus Program so they will continue to be our HVAC company!

This company should have 5 Stars ,as of today I had my New Furnace and A/C installed within 6 hours also fixed my gas leak to stove,my hot water fixed properly ,they are very polite, kind, answered all my questions and if I needed help with anything please call I'm simply amazed at their professionalism. Our second time using All-Spec for our HVAC system. Each time their serviceman (Michael today) was HONEST with us, whereas other companies lied to us. They've also quoted me prices for new units and they're far less for the same units than other competitors. They fixed my issues and we fully intend to use them for replacement units when that time comes.

Zack and Sam did a very nice job. Both were very professional keeping me informed. Seemed knowledgeable and left the work area cleaned up and explained my new furnace and air conditioner usage. I had a good experience with Bryan and the office staff too. MERRY CHRISTMAS to all !!

Boiler broke and I could not find a company that could come fix it for 2 weeks! Called All Spec and they came out today and the tech Michael was knowledgeable, polite and the price was definitely reasonable. Thank you All Spec, I appreciate your service!

Sam came and gave us a very fair price on a new Heating/Cooling installation to replace our old units. They also replaced a new garage heater. The communication and scheduling was great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or installations.

Everyone was courteous, respectful, and professional. The installers Scott and Jason did a fantastic job with the install. They answered all my questions, and left the areas neat and cleaned up after. Everyone that we spoke with at All Spec made this an easy decision and process.

I've been looking to replace my old A/C & furnace... All-Spec was able to answer all of my questions, provide recommendations and reasonable pricing for high effeciency replacement units, and even point out some issues I might want to address on surrounding equipment. All-Spec seems to have a family business like feel where they listen to their customers concerns and sincerely care about addressing their customers needs. If I have any HVAC problems in the future, I will be calling All-Spec.

It was time to get a new air conditioner and heater in our home. All-Spec offered a great price with excellent financing options. Out heat went out late at night and right before a big snow storm. Within an hour a tech was at our house and had our heat up and running for us. So grateful and and great service and too notch staff!

Great company and all of the workers have all been great and very respectful. And Sam the owner was the one who came out to give me a quote which was way less than any other quotes and more importantly the service has been great. Unit was installed in October of 2024

Called to inquire about getting a mini split system installed. The woman took my details and said that i would receive a call from the owner to schedule a time for him to come out and give a quote. I am still waiting for that call and it has been over a week. Update: Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars. I have been contacted by the office and scheduled a home visit. They were responsive and reached out to me quickly after my initial review. There are numerous HVAC companies in this area that I could turn to but I decided to give this company another try after a rocky start. Update #2: Changing rating from 3 stars to 4 stars based on cost and quality of work. The techs (2) left a little while ago after installing a mini-split unit in my garage. I did have to wait a month for the unit to arrive and to be scheduled which was unfortunate and they did arrive slightly after the 8-830 arrival window. It took the two techs a little over 3 hours to complete the job. Everything looks nice and clean, and more importantly, everything is working well so far.

Our air went out on the hottest day of the year! I know that they were super busy with calls. We had someone come out right away and gave us multiple options to fix our issue. We ended up replacing the furnace. The price was very reasonable! They were out the next day. The technicians were reliable and really knowledgeable. This is a great family owned small business. Sam the owner was fantastic to work with. I can not say enough good this about my experience!
