The whole team at AC plumbing is fantastic! Our boiler went down in the dead of winter holidays this year. Anthony, Vince and the office team were quick, attentive and accommodating. They came out right away and patched things together for a week or so until they could schedule a more thorough fix. Our 100 year old heating system is back online and toasty warm.

AC plumbing were awesome! After getting our pre purchase home inspection, we saw we had some plumbing issues and needed to get clarity and estimates to repair them, if we wanted to move forward with our home purchase. Chris from AC was super friendly, accommodating and went thru the whole house for us. Not being a plumber, I painted worst case scenarios and bailing became an option on the purchase. But fortunately for us, best case scenarios came to fruition and mountains turned to mole hills, so we're moving forward with the purchase confidence and vigor. Thanks for the piece of mind AC! As a follow up recommendation, we bought the house and AC Plumbing came out and did the work necessary at a good price with excellent workmanship. We're super pleased and highly recommend them.

AC Plumbing responded immediately to an air conditioning emergency with helpful kindness and knowledge. The tech they sent, John, was happy and helpful and honest in every interaction. He got to work right away and got everything working and even inspected other elements of our system just to be sure he wasn’t missing anything. They never once tried to upsell or pressure with the doomsday scenarios you get from other companies. Top tier service in all aspects!

The Third Time was the charm. A year ago, raw sewage in my basement due to blocked up line. First Contractor spent 3-4 hours to finally clear it out yet couldn’t offer any definitive advice what the cause or place of back up was. 5 months later, same issue, same contractor, clear out blockage and still couldn’t figure out what or where the cause was. May of this year, same issue a Second Contractor….spent about 3 hours to clear the blockage, said my problem was close to the connection near the sidewalk. Never offered solid proof and never follow up. Two days ago, AC Plumbing came out. Within 90 minutes found the break in the line (due to roots at the Clean Out connection {that the previous two contractors couldn’t locate} ). Technicians Allan and Sam were professional, skilled, good listeners (Sam said the magic line that I use with my customers “ If this was my house, this is what I’d do.”). Would definitely recommend this company, looking forward to get an estimate from them so I can line them up to permanently make the repair so I don’t need to keep getting my outside sewer line blown out every few months. P.S. Would definitely recommend IGS Home Warranty Plan (they covered this contractor’s and the one before). Carrie at IGS went above and beyond to help me !

We have saved thousands of dollars per year since we have used the boiler they recommended and installed. Their technicians come when scheduled and they respond quickly when contacted in emergencies. They are considerate of keeping our home clean, leaving their work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend AC.

The entire team at AC Plumbing is outstanding. I have worked with several of the technicians but Mark is their most seasoned plumber and he is just the best. Always going above and beyond to explain the issues and how he is going to fix them. He is quick, efficient, and always willing to solve the problem and figure out a solution . Brandon was great. Went over everything about our A/C once the service was completed and very professional. Vince was great as well - explained the work done to our boiler and what we need to do for maintenance since we are brand new to having a boiler. Will definitely have them back to work on both systems for regular maintenance and repairs.
