We used Tri-R Mechanical for our walk-in freezer and were very happy with the service. They were incredibly professional and helpful with the repairs we needed. They kept us updated on every step from finding the problem to getting the necessary parts and finally to installing the new components. We will be using them for all future repairs.

Be aware of their invoice and scam. They gave me technician hourly rate different and charged different in invoice with increase hours. Also their tech stay on phone most of the time during visit. Zero star.

TRI R Services were personable. They were a family run business, so you didn't have to talk to a lot of people to get to them. When you call them with a question they answer their phones. They were quick, efficient, came when they said they would, finished in a fair amount of days, and I think they had fair pricing.
