Leaving Manhattan last night was absolute chaos! It took us over an hour just to get out of the city – every street was gridlocked no matter which way we turned. Thankfully, I ended up behind a Donnelly Mechanical truck and had a gut feeling this guy knew the way out. From Hell’s Kitchen to the Holland Tunnel, he led the way, and we owe him big time! One of their drivers almost hit my kids while we were crossing the street and then got out and threatened us because we had the right of way while crossing. When we called the company they fairly unresponsive.

Tried to get a estimate from them. The project manager kept saying he's going to come back with a ladder. He was unresponsive Wasted 3 weeks and then said we aren't going to bid. Very unprofessional

Very nice atmosphere professional & helpful. I recommend this shop to do a great job. I was happy with my service. They put in my radiator in my Jeep Wrangler.

From management on down to the service techs, Donnelly is a first rate HVAC company. Their responsiveness to any issues both large & small is tops! Solutions are devised to correct any concern, with an eye on saving the client $$$ & avoiding unnecessary costs. Couldn't ask for a better vendor in the NYC market.

Tom Gardner has done a lot of plumbing work for me. He is personable, well spoken and always clear with the needed work. His work is impeccable and you would never know he'd even been here. Donnelly's has done lots of plumbing and HVAC for me through the years and they are all great craftsmen. Can't recommend them enough.

The owner, Tom Donnelly, didn't try to "oversell" me by recommending a larger system than I needed, unlike the other vendors I received quotes from. He recommended a system that met my needs...nothing more, nothing less. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The installers were professional and performed their work very conscientiously. My heat pump is working very well. I recommend giving Donnelly Heating and Air Conditioning an opportunity to provide you with a quote...they were... by far... the most price competitive. of the four vendors I received quotes from.

Extremely rude and condescending when he found out it was just a mini split start up. Instead of a simple no we don't do that he kept me on the phone to lecture me and acted as if he were angry with me for trying to save money by installing it myself and then having it charged by them. Install costs more than what I paid for the units and I can't afford it. He said do you understand what I'm saying to you right now and went on a condescending rude and offensive rant.

Donnelly was very professional. I look forward too our on going relationships. The salesman Jason and the installation team were very knowledgeable and courteous.

We have been customers of Donnelly Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. Tom Donnelly personally helped me debate the ins and outs of replacing our AC and furnace. He was not pushy at all and I trusted his opinion. His employees arrive and time and are trustworthy, most of whom have been with their company for a long time. I trust them to work in the house when no one is home, and have always been completely satisfied.

The tech from Donnelly talked to his manager and then tried to charge me for a part that did not need repair. I asked him to leave and then called Horizon who fixed my problem without trying to charge me for parts that were not an issue. You cannot trust Donnelly - especially if you are not literate in HVAC. I would never call them in the future.
