We recently had one of our a/c units replaced. American Heating & Cooling’s quote came in much lower than another one I had. They kept me updated on all steps in the process and showed up exactly when promised. I had a family emergency while they were at my house and had to leave. Bryan Bloch went above and beyond making sure our home was secured before they left when the install was complete. I highly recommend American Heating & Cooling

Fantastic experience(s) with this company. We received several quotes for the replacement of our air conditioning system this past summer. The American team gave us the best price and delivered a great experience throughout the duration of the project. Recently, we went back to American after being quoted an extremely high price to replace our oil boiler by another installer/service company. The American team once again came through with a more competitive price and completed the project quickly while we were without heat and hot water. My 14 year-old hot water tank failed sometime on a Tuesday. American came out on Wednesday morning (when I noticed the problem). Removed old unit & got new unit up & running by 2pm. Can't thank them enough.

Bryan and his team did a great job installing a whole house ducted heat pump system for us - the service and equipment is top of the line. They were able to get it installed within a month of quoting, in the middle of summer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a ducted or minisplit heating and cooling system.

We just had American Heating & Cooling install a new furnace for us. Not only was the entire experience pleasant, we saved thousands of dollars. Everything from setting up the initial appointment to the final install was very easy. Anthony and his team were great. The front office team was very responsive and the install technicians were very capable and neat. We've been a customer of another service company in the area but we will be moving our business for our HVAC system to American Heating in Cooling.

American Heating & Cooling recently installed 8 mini-splits and an electric water heater in our mid-Century home. We are completely off oil now! The units are incredibly efficient, quiet, and sleek. Bryan and his team went to great lengths to ensure that the units were placed in just the right spots of our home for the best cooling/heating outcome. And, something that we are very grateful for, is the placement of the outdoor systems as they had to get pretty creative to have them located on the back and side of our home so that, aesthetically, the front of our home remained unchanged. Tyler from American Heating and Cooling worked professionally and with care and respect in our home to identify why heat wasn't coming on in a zone (it was the thermostat) and solved the problem (installed a new thermostat.) Tyler's success is noteworthy because he had to deal with a Baxi heater, a European on-demand heating system that serves hot water to our faucets as well as to all the tubing under our floors to create radiant heat. Many locals aren't familiar with this heater. Tyler systematically worked to figure it out but also made sure we were billed fairly for the work done. We couldn't be happier with his service and his very positive presence. I really appreciate you taking the time to teach me how to use the new thermostat. Thank you, Tyler! We highly recommend you and will be calling on you for future heating issues.

After many last-minute cancellations & years of disappointing service from other central air service providers, working with American Cooling & Heating was an incredible experience. I can't speak highly enough about the prompt and courteous service from the front office personnel and the kind & excellent service and work done by their technician (thank you, Chris!!). AC&H was recommended to us by a friend, who is an architect with very high standards. We'll never use any other company again.

We had a ductless system installed recently. Customer Service is great, quick, and responsive. Our sales rep Anthony went above and beyond for us (thank you again!) Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They offer excellent products and services. American Heating and cooling were referred to us by a friend and we continue to refer them to our friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! We have a very unorthodox radiant heat system that the previous owner installed himself. We could not get hot water, without turning up heat to one of our floor zones. THREE other companies refused to touch it. When I called American Heating & Cooling, they sent Garrick over and he figured out the problem right away! The next morning, Dave came over to replace the parts that were causing the problem, and we finally have hot water on demand. The technicians at American heating and cooling are highly skilled, professional, punctual, and very reasonably priced. We were very impressed with their work, and the fact that they didn’t shy away from the problems with our system.

Newly installed two-zone heating and cooling system that is working very well. This was highly recommended by the American H and C technician that provided my yearly maintenance. I would recommend this system and American for anyone with a two-story residence and only one heating/AC zone.

We had an air-sourced heat pump installed, and American did excellent work. We use them to service the HVAC system in our home, and I highly recommend them.

My furnace stopped working on a very cold night. I called first thing in the morning. Anthony got a tech to my house as soon as one freed up (they were all on their first call of the day). Luke showed up within an hour. He was very courteous and professional. He even asked if wanted him to remove his boots! He did some quick troubleshooting and had the needed part in his truck! I called many times for weeks, everytime I was told they would give me a call back. Two weeks later I talked with the head guy. He came to our house saw the job. Told me he was going to give us an estimate. I waited and nothing. I called and he told me he was on it. NOTHING. This company could have easily told me they could not or busy and this would have never been written. I should have not had to wait that long for nothing. Very unprofessional.

The heating in our building wasn't working, so we called them after being jerked around by another well known company. Very friendly and professional service. Very reasonable prices as well. Charged us half of what the other company tried to charge us for the same thing.

I was having an issue with my AC unit, dead of summer! Called American Heating and Cooling and they were extremely accommodating, helpful and quick to fix my issues! So grateful for everyone at this company! Keep up the great work!

I used to be a customer but last year I paid the bill and then approx 2 weeks later rec'd a email saying I owed more money. i call and the office manager was nasty, did not even offer to look up my account, just stated that I owed more. I went on their facebook page and posted a complaint, rec'd a phone message and was advised that there was an error and my bill was paid in full. I'm sorry but I will not be using them again, no offer of checking into it, just you owe the balance, is not a way to run a company !
