A five yo carrier split system that 6000 5 yo ago stoped working repairman said board went would call tomorrow with price to replace when I didn’t hear from them for 3 days I called them and complained that I was waiting for answer the lady got very rude and called back next day and said very shortly could not be repaired and need a new 11,000 dollar system was my only choice yes or no when I said no she hung up. I think since we are in our late seventies they felt they had a easy mark. Beware of this company especially if your elderly . Look for a reputable company.

The unexpected fail of the house AC on a hot Saturday evening does not make anyone happy. One call to Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning got us right back to cool! They were on time, knowledgeable, fixed the issue, so kind and by far the most professional staff across the board. Highly recommend and most of all will use them again! The techs showed up very promptly to our home and within a few minutes had diagnosed the problem and had the correct repair part in his van, so he could make the repair quickly! Am so happy with these guys. Called them to inspect my AC and power cord and they performed a full inspection and informed me that the unit was low on refrigerant. They provided me with options, pricing and did not try to up sale me on anything. All of them were extremely nice and helpful. They made sure my unit is running quieter and blows much colder air before they left.

Tech was very professional and efficient in completing my fall service! He even notified me of a possible recall on a dehumidifier that I purchased several years back and gave me the contact information to find out if my particular unit is involved in the recall. I really appreciate that information!

The worst customer experience ever run away from them two days in a row they didn’t show and had to call for them to say they can’t make it and when asked for a manager the lady hung up wasted two days of my time totally unprofessional

DO NOT USE - READ WHY! The minute something went wrong with my A/C - they deflected and did everything possible not to take responsibility to do the repair. They told me to find someone else. When I had my A/C installed I had specific instructions that they should put in a bildge pump in case something goes wrong and the pan under the unit in the attic overflows with water. Well that exactly happened. The pan under my unit overflowed and water overflowed and did major damage to my ceiling. So I called them for service, they came and they said they snaked the line and it should drain fine. I asked the service guy why the bildge pump didn't kick in. He said there was just a bildge switch and it drained into the same exact pipe as the pan. I was like what? They didn't put a separate line for the bildge? Have the owner call me please. No one ever called. Well a week later - massive massive ceiling damage. The pan overflowed again. This time the owner John came and started deflecting immediately. The first thing he said, is well you know the unit is 10 years old. (huh?) Then he tried to blame ME for the unit having an issue - while his company has serviced my air conditioner EVERY YEAR since it was installed! He went on and on with bs saying the problem was due to the air filter! How could you even blame me? Your company is the one that has serviced my A/C! Are you kidding me? He didn't want to fix the problem or take responsibility so he told me to find another company to fix it. They lied to me when they installed it. There is not a separate line for drainage for the bildge or even a bildge pump! I asked him the insurance company he used and refused to tell me. Can you believe an owner of a company would act like this? From the moment he walked into my house he was on attack mode and not interested at even taking care of the problem. If you want to find yourself in the same situation I am now, go ahead and use them. Unreal a company could behave in this manner.

John showed up ( the owner). I was impressed. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong. He went and got the part the same day and had it fixed that day. It was amazing to see someone so attentive, knowledgeable and willing to help. This business has excellent customer service. When I first called they were super sweet !! I wouldn't ever call or recommend anyone else.!!!!!

Excellent service! Aaron Air Conditioning Co. was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The Owner John and his entire staff, from the office to the field are professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. The workmanship was second to none. During the installation of the new system, John and the entire crew were very courteous, and mindful of the residence. They protected the floors, removed and disposed of the old system, and cleaned up after themselves. They provided a tutorial of the new system and the new thermostat. I highly recommend them for any Air Conditioning service replacement, or entire new systems. A+

I have been a customer of Aaron HVAC for many years. Initially there services were limited to maintenance / repair of my two central HVAC systems. Yesterday they replaced my second central air unit both the compressor and the air handler. They replaced the other system 2 years ago. I needed to replace both sides of my systems because I needed to change to the newer refrigerant. In addition both air handlers were beyond there life expectations. They do fantastic work and charge very reasonable costs. The owner John was present for a good portion of each installation to ensure the job is finished to his high standards. John is a seasoned expert and takes the time to explain things to me over the years so I understand his decisions and charges, be it a repair or replacement. He is approachable, honest, and nice, its almost shocking compared to my many interactions with contractors over the years. His staff are all professional, nice, and responsive, including Donna his main office person I've interacted with. I could go on and on, but I'll stop. He's the kind of contractor that you hope he doesn't retire before you stop needing him.
