Bennett Heating and Cooling are my now forever go-to guys for all my heating and cooling needs. I called them at 6:30 in the AM, and had a new unit in my home by 5:00PM the SAME DAY! Dan and Jeremy showed up exactly when they said they would (another premium in Lockport these days) and installed a new air conditioning unit to replace my 20 year old out dated system so that we didn't have to spend another sweaty day in our home. Both were on time, professional, courteous, and great at explaining the technicalities of what they were performing and why. And best yet, they NEVER once tried to sell us something we didn't need. I would HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone for a fast, friendly, and professional experience! Great job, guys!

Bennett just installed a new Furnace and AC units in my house and i am very happy with the quality and professional job they had done. First off Dan Bennett the owner is very friendly and takes time to explain what we had as opposed to what he will be installing, the price was well within our budget and he even did a few other things that just made the hole process flawless... Installed A/c - works great, $4000.00 + $500.00 w/ nest. 10 year warranty included, lowered my window shaking A/C bill from $190.00 / mo to $80 / mo. It will pay for itself. Issue with my 20 y/o Furnace a few weeks ago, heat wouldn't kick on. Jeremy replaced a valve with a part he had saved in his van for just such emergencies. They came out the next day to fix. $300.00. Worked fine for 2 weeks, and then the board crapped out due to condensation in my basement grounding a switch for the blower fan. He advised me a new board would run around $400.00. He suggested I replace the furnace, and he would deduct the $300.00 for the fix from the price of a new furnace, and came out 2 days later and installed it for $2500.00 including parts, labor, and warranty. Great "Keep it in the neighborhood" service and friendly people to deal with. Also, they are dog friendly, and the Terk ( my dog ) was not a bother to them at all. Tom

Bennett was recommended to me by family members who have had wonderful experiences. My experience was phenomenal as well. Dan is extremely trustworthy, and friendly, and definitely knows his stuff. He came out to inspect my malfunctioning furnace, which unfortunately needed to be replaced. He walked me through the whole process, and gave me options and his recommendations and was there the next day to install, and walk me through the national fuel rebate process. While it was not an expense I wanted to have so soon after buying a house, he made it as pleasant as possible. They installed it in less than 4hours and left the area spotless.

Dan and his crew have helped me in the past set up the perfect unit for my shop. They have been super on time, considerate and caring. I could not recommend them more. Very thankful companies like this exist still.

I have used Dan on several of my renovation jobs, apartments and on my own home. He is very professional, easy to work with and very competitive price wise. I like that he tells what is exactly needed, and does not up sell, in fact he has come up with solutions to save. His quality of work is very good overall. I have not had any complaints over several years working with him. I only have a small handful of hvac contractors i use and maintain on a consistent basis.

My family had a great experience with the owner Dan at Bennett Heating and Cooling. We had him install a new Furnace and AC in April of 2022. He really took the time to explain the equipment and install over the phone and when he reviewed our layout at our home. He really knows his stuff. Also, he does not try to oversell you on equipment. He is really easy to talk to and friendly. His prices were very competive and we had 6 other HVAC companies come out and give us estimates.

I recently had Dan install a humidifier at my new home and he has done countless jobs for myself (furnaces, air conditioners, hot water heaters), family and friends over the years. It is so great to have someone you know you can call with any problem and he makes it his priority!! As a business owner, I know how important it is to have someone answer the phone and respond right away - especially when you have a heating problem in the winter or cooling problem in the summer. I highly recommend Dan and his team .

Should have posted a long time ago! Our AC finally gave out on the hottest of days, another company wanted to sell us an overpriced unit that ultimately wouldn't have been right for our house. I called Dan, he was very patient and explained the difference in AC sizes and units. He didn't over sell us and had the new unit in and cooling within a day at 1/2 the price. I wouldn't use anyone else for heating and cooling. He is prompt and professional. But most important very trustworthy. Stay away from the "big" companies you hear on the radio! August 2018 update: Once again Dan came through, had a leak that was more a nuisance (small leak) in the AC. Regardless of how small the job was i was taken care of professionally and promptly. These guys understand quality customer service!

Exceptional company and service!! After another company was going to charge me double for the exact same furnace and service, I was extremely relieved to hire Bennett after recommendation from my sister as she recently purchased a furnace from them. Dan Bennett is tremendously knowledgeable, professional, qualified, experienced, reasonable, and personable. His staff worker and he did an oustanding job installing my new Goodman furnace and provided top notch customer service as well. I am super pleased!!!!! Despite the expense of purchasing a new furnace, I have immense peace of mind, a very warm home, a highly efficient, quieter furnace for years to come, and NO carbon monoxide in my house. This is significant as I have 4 children!! I would sincerely recommend Bennett Heating & Cooling if you need a furnace, A/C unit, or service of any kind!! In addition, Mr. Bennett made me aware of and provided all the information necessary to apply for and receive a $300 rebate from NYSEG. My home is safe now!! I have no worries for a long time, and do not need a service call for 2 years. I will be utilizing their company to service my A/C unit in the spring too. THANK YOU very very much for everything!!!!! Bennett Heating & Cooling just finished installing a new central a/c unit at my house. They were quick to respond to my problems with the old unit, recommended a replacement, picked up the new unit, and installed it---all on the same day! The techs are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working. I'm very pleased with the service I received, and the new unit is literally a "breath of fresh air!" Yes, these guys are great, they will totally replace your unit quickly and charge you thousands of dollars for a NEW unit when all it needs is a $200 circuit board. Against their policy to repair anything on a furnace. Forgot that it is only 4 years old, time for a new one they say!

Today was Dan's second visit over here. As newbie homeowners, my husband and I are rather clueless when it comes to our heating system. Dan has been incredibly helpful with everything. Not to mention very nice and patiently answered all of our questions! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I just had Dan from Bennett out to diagnose my furnace issue and repair it and I was very VERY impressed. He had the issue diagnosed in 5 minutes (bad control board) and my heat back up an running in 20. I highly recommend Bennett Heating and Cooling to anyone!

I was so appalled by the actions of one of the employees that came to the house that were unprofessional . They also shoved the wrong size filter in the furnace and never said a word till I complained and he mailed it. I had to contact the better business bureau to address these issues and the work on the hwt not being what he agreed to do. He also only wrote a receipt for the furnace that and documented part of my payment...the part that was charged. The part we paid cash I had to insist on being documented. When they came back to fix what they did, my sub pump hose was suddenly spraying a leak and he was unprofessional again. The pipe end also came off the side of the house in less than a day. Work was done quickly and at a very fair price. Lower than other estimates. They also got in pretty quickly so we didn't have to wait too long for the install. Pretty professional and easily accessible if I had questions.

Dan was very professional and walked me through what I needed for the house and then sent me the quote. They were able to get the job done in about a week while everyone else was a month or two out!! I couldn't be happier with their service

I have worked with Dan from Bennett Heating & Cooling several times over the last few years. Super professional and knowledgeable, always calls right back, shows up when he says he’s going to show up and always there when needed. Reliable contractors are hard to find and he is definitely one of them!

Very disappointed in my service from last January. My blower motor was replaced in January and now it needs to be replaced again while this part should last for years. I called to get them back to fix it and was told that they are booked but would gladly come out after hours for $150/hr. Will never use them again and will find another company that stands by their work.

while service was fairly prompt guy came out said he needed to get part to repair furnace gave me a quote of 320$ said he would be back next day with part. he returned next day with part i wasnt able to be there but my girlfriend was he fixed furnace then told my girlfriend bill was 450$ so much for the quote. and now 5 months later same part is broken on furnace

Excellent SPEEDY, & PROFESSIONAL service. We needed an emergency furnace diagnostic and within 24 hours our new furnace was installed! HIGHLY recommend, affordable and reliable!

Mr. Bennett installed Daikin room air conditioner R410A Split Series. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and the air unit looks and works great. This setup would be great in any home.
