I was very impressed with their thorough examination of my heating system. Everything was explained clearly, the price was reasonable and they pointed out issues I was unaware of. They got my system running that day, then returned with parts to finish. I learned of them when they went above and beyond helping my neighbor regain heat. 100% I would recommend Hayes Heating for honest, professional heating solutions.

The service technicians were polite, answered our all questions, and cleaned up all of the old equipment they removed and the mess from it. They installed the new furnace in a tight spot that other companies had not quoted reasonably. They took extra time to make what they thought were necessary adjustments which leads us to believe the work has been done properly.

Highly recommend! Quick response and professional work. I especially appreciated the clear explanations about the needed work and the reasonable pricing.

These people went above and beyond to get me a furnace installed even though they were booking 3 weeks out. The gentlemen that came to install it were very nice and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole process.

I like the way you guys are reassuring to get here to the job. Carl and Domingo did a good job Carl knows what he's doing which is great. I also like the way you trust people to pay their bill which when I get home I'll probably pay when I get in the house right now I'm picking up my granddaughter. Toby was on time, professional and friendly, and did a great job servicing our furnace and he found a small gas leak that he fixed as well. This is the second time he has done our furnace service and I plan to keep calling Hayes for our heating service. Highly recommend them!

Toby is one of the great ones to know. I can't begin to express my gratitude for his professionalism, knowledge, punctuality, and bedside manner. Whether it was putting in a gas line into a new room, fixing our water circulator, or troubleshooting a water heater issue, all concern went out the window when he arrived. Thank you, Toby!

Toby was great again He saved the day for me last year with a new furnace and this year he is working on saving me again with another fix to my boiler and the chimney draft.

Did amazing, quick with coming to see what’s wrong with central air, got whatever parts and fixed it. Answered all questions and any concerns afterward they came back checked without and issue when concerns appeared. Very very polite workers.
