Raymond was very nice. All that aside, he checked our filter, Needed a good cleaning, my husband cleaned it, Raymond put it back up then suggested one of his, so we went for it. The thermostat wasnâ t working, my daughter had one she purchased and he used it and explained how to. He did a good job, we will hire him again, just thought the price was a bit high . I know itâ s a contradiction but the Unit is working and weâ re glad.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to the Team at All Seasons.  First, I am thankful that through the many months and our myriad of questions, you patiently worked with us to come to the final decision to move ahead with the project.  You do heat pump installs all the time, but for us, it is a very big decision, and am grateful for your help and guidance to help us get to the finish line. In case you did not know it, (name), in your front office, is a terrific asset for your company.  She has been a consistent source of help, at every turn.  Her attention to detail and her positivity always helped to make things easier for us. I am very impressed with (name). His extensive experience proved invaluable as he overcame any number of challenges, and, he was especially good at keeping us informed of what is going on.  This was very evident today, when he and (name) returned to further investigate the problem with the cooling mode, based on ideas that the Team had been considering after regular work hours.  I greatly admire this extra effort and thoughtfulness on the Teamâ s part.  That, combined with their over-the-top sleuthing, yielded a positive outcome this morning.  This is especially impressive, given that just when the Team thought they had the answer, the result of some pretty challenging crawling through the attic, they hit yet another snag.  But, they persevered and worked the problem to come out the other end with win.

Came immediately to restore heat, diagnosed problem and fixed it, charging reasonable amount.

The installers were pros, and did an excellent job. I overheard them talking amongst themselves and a lot of emphasis was on quality and getting the job done correctly. (I wasn’t ease dropping lol) So far I’m very pleased with my new furnace. Thanks.

We were replacing an indoor Carrier ductless mini-split unit with an upgraded Infinity model. After calling several HVAC contractors and not getting a good response we called All Seasons for an estimate. They were very responsive. After calling the owner, Ray called back within 2 hours and set up an appointment that week. He came out and looked at our system. He said he would work up the estimate and email it to us. Later the same day, unexpectedly,ZN an estimate showed up 2 hours after Ray was here. Ray was extremely qualified and knew exactly what had to be done. Ray said the Infinity unit was available and he could get it and have it installed the following week. The following week their technician Hasan came to install the Infinity unit. Hasan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Within 2 hours the unit was installed in our bedroom and functioned perfectly. Thanks Hasan! We would highly recommend All Season HVAC to anyone. After having the ductless system for almost 4 years and several other companies service our system we would only recommend All Season HVAC. Great job guys! Thank you for the great service.

They were very professional

This fall All Season Experts installed heat pumps around our house. They did an excellent job listening to our needs and adapting the existing air conditioning system to do most of the heating. We now have the option to use either the old (oil burner) or the new system. They explained everything clearly, and they came back to make adjustments needed when the weather turned colder. They checked the vents, calibrated the airflow to satisfy our needs. All this at a more reasonable price than we received from other suppliers.

They found my A/C unit was shot. So I asked for a quote on a new unit. Took a couple of days to get one. What they wanted for the unit, with installation, was outrageous. Bought the unit myself from an online AC dealer. Had it delivered and installed by a local AC guy for less than half the price in a week.

All seasons experts were very professional and understanding. I had a bad furnace and we were trying to wait until after the current snow storm passed but of course the furnace went out the day before. I called and spoke to Mary and let her know the urgency and she got the engineers in on the morning of the storm. Furnace was placed, old one removed and the job was done very well. The reason I choose them was thier communication, they were quick to respond and get a quote out to me. Comparing the few that I received thier unit was the better of the bunch and even a lower cost. Thank you.

All Season was just amazing. Mary on the phone with her great customer service skills and Nick managing to find the mistakes from another company.. Nick fixed the smoke stack on the furance with tape and bled the lines.. He also checked and reset the thermostat. All Season came and took care of minor issues when another company was trying to sell me, expensive parts or a new furance... I have a Thermo Pride- they don't break down and are built to last the life time of your home as long as you do the maintenance... I needed a new furance contractor and used Home Advisor to locate All Season.. All Season came right away- within an hour of the call...
