Excellent people to have to service the heating and a/c units

My heat went out and they came out the same day to service my furnace. They did a great job and I will recommend them to everyone.

Sullivan Heating was great to deal with from making the service call appointment through the service call! Office staff were very friendly as well as the service person. The service person was professional and left the serviced area clean and tidy. I felt that I could have been taken advantage of as I do not know much about heating and cooling systems but I was treated fairly and the price was super reasonable! I highly recommend this family owned business and rest assured that you will be happy that you chose them for your heating and cooling service calls and installations.

What a friendly, knowledgeable and prompt company. Jr . Was a pleasure to speak with and took me thru the workings of my heating unit 101. I wish I had contacted Sullivan 1st. The company I contacted 1st just looked at my furnace and tried to tell me, I needed to replace an $800 part. Good thing I never take the first opinion! Sullivan cane and checked my furnace and found the simple issue causing my heat to shut down. Kudos keep up the great work they will get my recommendation and I will call them I’m the fall for my yearly cleaning!❣️

Jerry Sr. was very knowledgeable as he explained the different features of available furnaces. We got a great price and the installation and service were quite professional. Very pleased and I would highly recommend Sullivan Heating & Cooling.

My wife installed a new thermostat and new wiring--without turning the furnace electric off. I was worried it would be the board and also if we hired someone to fix it they would try to convince us to get a new furnace--especially with all the scams out there you hear about on the news. Sullivan Heating was amazing. They got in touch with us after hours on the weekend and showed up earlier than expected and told us my wife had blown a fuse in the furnace and that it was a simple fix. We also had them do a yearly check on our furnace to see how well it was running. We will be using them every year for this! And when it comes time for a new furnace--we will be going to them too! Hard to find a trustworthy and on time Heating company! Thank you!!

Everyone, from the owner to the installers to the person who confirmed the installation appointment was professional and friendly. You can tell that the owners pay attention to customer service. The installers, Victor and Will, were friendly and very professional. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Had to replace the spark computer for my intermittent pilot light, the serviceman replaced it and cleaned our furnace while there. Got it up and running without pushing to sell a new furnace.
