My experience with Mike O'Brien heating and cooling was overall very good. I converted from a oil boiler to a gas boiler and I'm very pleased with my new boiler However I wasn't told I had to get a liner for my chimney and so the day of installation I was very upset when the installers informed me hence I had to come up with about 1200.00. Overall my experience was good and I do recommend them if you need a new furnace or boiler. Ps. Ask for Barbara she really knows the business and is a wealth of information.

Mike O'Brien and his crew were extremely knowledgeable about the Heating, AC, water heater, air filter and humidifier they installed. Mike scheduled the work at our earliest convenience. The work was done in two days. They removed all the old equipment from our property on the first day. They finished the work with total cleanup of the work area and their entry area. In addition, Mike was pleasant to talk with and I hope to see him again.

The furance fails again after 20 inches of snow and we don't know who to call. We have used others unsuccessfully in the past. This time we relied on online reviews to guide us. Mike O'Brien's Heating responded immediately to our call. They were knowledgeable and very resoureful. Very professional and considerate to my property and family. I had all my repairs diagosed and replaced in the sameday at a very cost effective price. Their work is warranted and I am very confident I would use them again if needed. I highly recommend them. Good help is hard to find that you can trust and won't over charge you.

The technician was very helpful. They did not install our HVAC system but he was knowledgeable about it. I asked him some questions and he actually fixed a few things for us that will make the unit better. The Central Humidifier has worked without an issue and the install went easily. There work was very neat. I would recommend these folks if you need them. The only hiccup was that their scheduler seemed to have the wrong time down. They tried to show up early even though I told them I would not be available in the morning. He was still able to come at the time we had originally agreed to. Other than that it was a very good experience.

Work crew very professional, showed up on time, removed old boiler and hot water tank, cleaned up area after work was completed. Highly recommend this company for any Heat, Cooling or Plumbing project you may have.

My hot water tank died and someone was here the same day. It was too late in the day to install a new unit but someone was here the following morning and had the job completed in a few hours. Good company to do business with.

It was good experience

Mike personally came to our house, he made all measurements and gave us an estimate. He then explained All facets of the project. He made follow up calls and beat a competitors price. The install was quick, clean and very nicely Adobe. We are waiting on NYSEG for gas!!! Not Mike's fault.

It's a small run company with 7 employees, but they are alwayson top of things
