-  This was the only bidder (I had four total) that provided a good solution for the new filter system and knew how they would be doing the installation right from the get-go.   <br /> -  They arrived promptly at the appointed time on installation day (0800) in four separate trucks and started right to work.  Each had their assigned duties and when they were finished they departed to other jobs and then would return when their assistance was needed again. <br /> -  They laid out plastic runners and tarps to keep from dirtying the carpets, cleaned up all of their messes and took away all of the old equipment and refuse. <br /> -  Completed the job in one work day when all others were estimating two full days.  The end result was a very neatly laid out and executed installation...such that even the City Building Inspector commented about what a nice job they had done.  They also provided comprehensive training on the use of the control system (thermostat) and have been very responsive to questions after the installation was completed. <br /> -  Nice price, great equipment, great installation and follow through, great folks to work with and they did exactly what they said they would do.  I don't think you can ask for more.  I highly recommend Black Diamond. <br />

Tim and company provided the most amazing service available.  My husband and I started working on a new addition to our home and the HVAC contractor that was previously hired did half the job and then stopped coming.  We were left with an unfinished return air and our AC unit sitting in a box in our basement for almost three months.  Realizing that our first child was going to be born any day now, we decided to bid out the work using Angie's List.  Some companies responded with outlandish bids and some didn't respond at all.  Tim (with Black Diamond) responded and provided a reasonable bid that included several options that he thought might help us as well. The Tech's arrived when they said they would and worked very hard for the next two days to get everything up to date and looking clean and organized.  I highly recommend Black Diamond for all HVAC repairs and maintenance.  I also understand they do plumbing repairs as well and will be looking for them when it comes time to do some plumbing on our downstairs bathroom. <br />

It was great! i was impressed! The technician was polite...even wore little orange booties on his shoes so dirt didn't get on my light carpet. He let me tag along with him and explain how my unit worked so I understood. We have lived in our house for almost 3 years and never had the system looked at. So far we haven't had any problems with it, I just wanted to make sure all was well. It was overall a positive experience.

The owner answered my call Friday evening about my new air conditioner, installed by another company, blowing out hot air instead of cold.  He walked me through a couple of diagnostics over the phone and then asked me if it would be okay to open up the windows, knowing it was cool outside, for the night and a tech would be by first thing in the morning.  I agreed <br /> The tech, Don, arrived promptly and walked me through what was going on with my system.  Apparently a small critter had chewed one of the wires to my a/c unit's connection to the heat pump causing cold air to be blown outside and warm air inside.  He fixed the issue and there was an immediate temperature change in the house.  He then educated me about proper HVAC maintenance, filter selection and costs associated with it.  He also performed a complete inspection of both my air conditioners and furnaces. <br /> He wore booties the entire time he was inside my house, even when I told him it wasn't necessary.  Very Professional, Thorough and Friendly.  I will be using these guys from now on!  Thank You!

They were prompt, courteous, explained everything thoroughly and I felt prices were fair. Would recommend them.

Knowledgeable about what was needed. Great to work with. Kept me very informed as the project went along. Would definitely work with them again.

They couldn't do any repairs because the heater has cracks, need a new heater which I can't afford right now. But the two gentlemen that came out were very nice, and very patient with me explaining everything. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Our home furnace had an issue. The service man took the time to track down and then explain the issue, and not just chuck parts (at my cost) at the problem.
