I have used Citadel numerous times for work at my rental property and have always been super happy with the quality and cost of their work. This time I called them for a plugged sewer line. Unfortunately, because they do such quality work they were too busy to respond promptly. They didn't want my issue to become a bigger problem, so they recommended someone else to get the job done more quickly. I think this is the mark of a true professional who is competent and confident in their own work. I will definitely be calling Citadel Services the next time I need mechanical services.

Citadel came and fixed my air conditioner today, repairing what another local repairman failed to attend to. It is now working efficiently and set at the room temp! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Prompt service and fair price. Great company! I highly recommend them!

Citadel plumbing does very good work. The plumbers were professional and thorough and respectful. I do want to caution you about pricing however. If you are asking for rates, make sure to ask if you are responsible for paying overtime based on the plumbers schedule not on the time of day. We were quoted at one price and our total bill more than doubled. We called to get an explanation and it was a very unproductive experience.

Citadel Services has been our service provider for years. The technicians are honest and professional, always looking out for my best interests. We use them for their plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. We had trouble with our drains clogging. Citadel found the problem. Our furnace went down in the winter on the weekend. Citadel came out and got us back up running. Highly recommend and appreciate the quality service.

Third time using their service, this was an emergency situation - no hot water. Called and repairman was there in an hour. Determined the problem with my on demand water heater, stated that the parts were difficult to obtain. Next morning called saying overnight shipment of parts and repair man would be there at noon. Parts were installed amid a matrix of wires and circuit boards an hour and a half process. He explained all the nuances and steps taken and why it was difficult to get the parts due to distribution process of the company. I could not be more pleased with the quick, timely, and professional service which I received.

Average service at best and I was blindsided with the bill. A kitchen faucet that was dripping apparently costs over $300 to fix!!!!!! Not replace, just to fix!!! I will never use them and either should you.

The only place I’d recommend for plumbing needs. These guys are professional, courteous and just downright awesome people. If you want the work done right, the first time, call Citadel.

Citadel Services is a top notch company ..... if you need plumbing, welding or Design Build this is the company to call.... I`ve been working with Frank Seymour for years , their price and service is the best !!!!!

Gordon ,the Master plumber at Citadel really knows his plumbing; as well as Jake. They both were able to solve our plumbing problems and update some plumbing through out our house.

He thought the problem with the dishwasher was a manufacturer problem but I asked him to look at the pipes which was the problem. At first they said they wouldn?t come until Thursday but they were able to come today.
