Reliable Tech HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical

I hired this company to install air-conditioning, a new furnace, and an extractor fan for over my stove. The staff who came to do the installation were really pleasant to deal with. The office staff were prompt and responsive. And when I had a small issue that needed tweaking after installation, they happily came back to fix it. I had a very good experience with Reliable Tech.

We just had a great experience with Roadrunner, notably the technician Mouri. He went above and beyond, even arranging for a coworker in Albuquerque to pick up a part before the supplier could get it to Santa Fe, to get our furnace back up and running during a January outage. Top notch customer service. Respectful, personable, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would call Roadrunner again.

I talked to different HVAC contractors about replacing our old gas furnace, and after getting three bids we went with Reliable Tech. Angelo (the owner of the company) was extremely knowledgeable, gave us various options across different price ranges, and spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable with our decision. The cost was reasonable, the installation was exactly as promised, and the work crew was efficient and got everything done quickly and left the house and work space clean. A great experience from start to finish. Angelo took the time to walk us through our options and offered smart suggestions that balanced cooling efficiency with our desire to keep the system as discreet as possible. The installation crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did excellent work. What really stood out was their attention to detail - they even came back afterward to paint the exterior pipes so they blended seamlessly with our stucco. Edit to 4 stars: can’t say the follow-up after a few months is great so far. I haven’t heard back on simple/basic maintenance questions after reaching out a few times.

Very knowledgeable & trustworthy! Angelo and the team continually went above and beyond. Our project ran into some issues with the structure of the house, and the existing system, and the technicians adapted and found solutions. They have a streamlined system of communication, and we always felt in the loop, which is rare these days! There are a thousand options out there and Reliable is at the top.

Having a knowledgeable tech is a fantastic experience. Angelo was able to diagnose an issue with an old furnace explaining each diagnosing step he took to solve the issue. As a scientist involved with complicated systems, I was really impressed with his work, and his attitude. I did enjoy conversing with him about his personal experiences. The only suggestion I have is not using employees that are much less experienced,they waste time. I recommend Angelo as a reliable tech.

ReliableTech is appropriately named, Angelo arrived on time to give me a bid, to replace my 22 yr old boiler, once I accepted we set up a day, Elijah showed up, he was on time and professional, he started working, Angelo came by shortly after, they worked all day, they are very good team, the area was kept clean and they finished the complete install in under 8hrs, I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Didn't seal the wall where the compressor lines came through. mice got in and built nests in the wall units. Hired another company to come and clean them . $400 but they came out in a day . Reliable said it would be weeks before they could come out and clean the mess they created.

Just had two mini splits installed and the service was EXCELLENT! All inquiries were promptly responded to. Work was done on time and I was apprised of the installation at every step. I strongly recommend Reliable. I had gotten five bids for my project but Angelo took the time to research and explain all options for my cooling needs . I appreciated the attention to detail. Installers and the office were equally responsive and professional. The guys even placed a covering on the stucco parapet to protect it while they accessed the roof over a period of several hours. The guys that came out to our home were great-very friendly and knowledgeable. I had them come out because our unit has no place for an air filter that I could find. Turns out, we just need filters in the intake and returns, not the actual unit—good news. It was a quick job that was more about looking at things than fixing anything. I would’ve given 5 stars, but it was much pricier than I would’ve thought for the guys simply looking at things, measuring what size filters I needed, and being there for approximately 30 minutes.
