My Technician was Malachi and he was very friendly and professional. He gave me a detailed explanation of what he was doing in a way that was easy for me to understand. He finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the work area better than when he started. We are very satisfied with his work and will continue to use Sun City for my heating, plumbing and cooling needs.

Oscar serviced my 2 air conditioners and a minisplit to get them ready to use! He was very efficient, answered all my questions, and cleaned up every area he worked on. He was very polite and friendly. Keep up the great work Oscar!!!!

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Sun City. Alex came out to do an estimate and explained the options, he is knowledge and explained the options available. Leigh Ann in the office was super easy to work with regarding scheduling our install. Next the installers Jeff and Johnny arrived and did an awesome job completing the installation of our new roof top HVAC system. Jeff and Johnny are customer service stars, they explained what they were doing and how the progress was going and completed the job including cleaning up everything...like they have never been there. So whatever is going on at Sun City it's working, best customer service we've experienced in a very long time. Hire this team you'll not be disappointed.

Jeff was very efficient and professional, he explained his job and his estimate time to completion. If we ever need plumbing services I hope he is the service pro you send.

Brian and Angel just finished cleaning our A/C distribution ducts. They were efficient and did a great job. Another sign of professionalism and attention to detail. Sun City earned another A+.

Sun City just finished installing our new Trane A/C and furnace. As a retired Engineering Manager I'm a stickler for professionalism and attention to details. Jeff and Erick went above and beyond during the entire installation process. They were very personable and easy to deal with. Based on my experience I highly recommend Sun City to anyone considering a new A/C system.

Three weeks ago, we found ourselves with a broken pipe ( and consequent flooding!) on a Friday night. Sun City did the the emergency repair which then had to be followed by the permanent repair, and repair of the destroyed walls of the mechanical room. Del did the permanent plumbing repair and Todd did the repair to insulation and walls. Both of these technicians worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. They arrived promptly and left the work area cleaner than they had found it. Sun City has done just about all of our HVAC work and plumbing over the past 7-8 years (new furnace, new AC, instant hot water heater etc.) and we have never been disappointed with their work.

The workers were Jeff, Raul, Todd and Julian. They very polite and took time to explain things that i was not familiar with. When they left you could not tell that they were ever here. Todd went beyond normal requirements when patching the holes in the walls. The other workers show a high degree of knowing what and how to get the job done in an efficient manner. You are fortunate to have employees this highly qualified in this day when most young people seem to only play with their phones. I am a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer currently retired.

Brendan did a super job! He is fairly new to this company but he provided us with a thorough inspection. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He made sure he cleaned up and wore protective coverings over his shoes. I really appreciated that! We use Sun City for all our heating and cooling and plumbing needs. I would highly recommend this company!

I called in late morning and serviceman came late afternoon on the same day. He was professional and stayed until the unit was completely repaired. I will definitely call the company for a service contract this Fall.

I converted my MasterCool to Trane AC. Sun City Plumbing did an outstanding job! Jeff and Raul installed my unit. They were very professional, hard working, trustworthy, and efficient. They arrived on time for the installation each day, which is important to me. Todd came out and patched a hole in the drywall where the existing thermostat was located. He even painted the patched wall for me. He did a great job. It looked just like the existing drywall. I would highly recommend Sun City Plumbing.

Exceptional Work, hard working crew! The date was set and these guys showed up--they worked hard for two days getting the old furnace out, the new one in, the big unit on top of the house-coordinating with the crane, plumbers, and the electrician. The job was amazing, the air feels great--and they were very clean during the whole process. When the job was done, Leo took me thru the thermastate details, letting me know what to expect and if something went wrong to call. Both Leo and Louis were kind and happy, as were Juan the Plumber and David the Electrician. Very good job--would highly recommend them. Next job I need, we will call again!

Alex was here again this morning - I can't really add a lot to my earlier review, but Sun City and Alex are winners in our book. These guys are great! They come twice a year to switch us from cooling to heating in the fall, and heating to cooling in the spring. Our filters are a little complicated, and one of them requires moving a heavy grand piano to access it. Alex is our super-hero. He's knows his stuff and he's unfailingly cheerful. And he's got the piano moving down! I highly recommend Sun City (and Alex!).

Dell delivered and installed new State 40 gallon water heater. Dell is absolutely the most outstanding installer I have ever had. He explained his work in detail and noted the superior features of the State water heater. His communication skills are superior. His personality is exactly what you want in someone representing your company. I am a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and have extensive experience in evaluating performance. Please promote this man as soon as possible and support his licensure goals. He is a truly outstanding plumber and he should be seen as the example of excellence for his peers. I will recommend Sun City to anyone needing services and will recommend Dell specifically as a service person.

Matt did the work checking the heating system for the winter season. He explained everything and I would request him next time.

The technician, Alex, arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very personable. We have had wonderful seasonal service from Sun City for years. Their emergency service was great when we needed them in the middle of the night. There are no plans to switch companies in the future.
