My professional service person was Kenneth Thompson. He was professional in evey way and took the time to explain the problem and the part replacement. Mini split units when they work are the best. This one in the bedroom started leaking water onto the floor because the drain pan was cracked. This part is not readily available and required a special order. Ideal did everything right. They ordered the part kept me informed by the week as to the status and quickly scheduled an appointment when the part arrived. Fast, courteous and professional service. It was woth every dollar.

I-Deal HVAC was the installation contractor provided by Lowes when I purchased a new hot water heater. Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install. This company owners Mo and Manuel are very professional and know how to reroute the ducts from ground to the ceiling which other companies can't do it. And they build the very nice and solid wood bed for the furnace and cooling device. They are professional and know what they are doing. also the workers Manny was very diligent and hard worker. keep room clean afterwards. I am impressed, They finished the project without delay. I am highly recommend them for any heating cooling ducks related projects to anyone need.

Technician iagnosed low refrigerant with no leaks. Stated that extra refrigerant should have been added at installation due to long line to coils/blower. After adding refrigerant, insufficient air flow was diagnosed. Recommended using a less restrictive air filter. Technicians were very courteous and diligent in diagnosing, explaining, and mitigating problems.
