Words simply can't describe what a glowing review I can give to this company but I will try. First off, Tammy Toncray is the owner & is absolutely, hands down, the best business owner I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She won't lie to you or sugar coat it. I, for one have so much respect for her. Instead of stringing you along & wasting your time, she is completely, 'up front'. She tells it like it is. I know people want instant help but sometimes it isn't realistic. She's booked up, especially early in the season when people are starting to use their A/C. She has a lot of installs & repairs. People need to realize she has loyal customers for a good reason. She is reliable almost to a fault. She is honest and very hardworking. I recommend & tell people about her all the time. Here is an example of something she did: My elderly neighbor was having trouble with her A/C and called someone & was told she needed to replace her A/C. She had planned on replacing it & I told her about Tammy. Tammy fixed her unit for almost nothing. She is the real deal. Today I met her employee, Chris. He was awesome too. I really appreciated him coming out on such short notice. I just can't say enough how much I appreciate all of the work this company has done for me. I won't go to anyone else!

The owner, Tammy, and any employee she has sent to my home has provided quality service you can actually depend on! I've had to call when my furnace broke down and was so grateful Climate Heating & Air Conditioning could get to me the next day because I really don't want to use any other company. Three years so far and customer for life here.

I asked Tammy to service my 20 year-old HVAC unit on my house. After looking at it, she said she couldn’t do much since it was an old unit. It was also installed rather poorly and becoming more inefficient. Long story short, I decided to have a new unit installed. I had to wait about six months since she was so busy with other customers. I think she did an excellent, honest job and used quality hardware. I am very impressed with how well the new unit works. It does a great job heating and cooling my house. I highly recommend Tammy to anyone.

I do NOT recommend this business! I called today to ask for a quote and the lady that answered said they couldn’t come out til May or June to do the work and I said, “ok, can I get a quote?” She responded with “if you aren’t gonna tell me you’re gonna wait til May or June then I don’t want to go and waste my time to give you a quote if you’re just getting prices”. Horrible customer service! If I could give this zero stars I would and I will be telling everyone how rude this lady was!

She knows her stuff and does good work, but watch yourself around her. I always feel on egg shells with her. One wrong word, and she reacts and holds a grudge like a dog with a bone, and will not accept any apology. I tried.

Had an issue with my AC/Heater while I was station overseas. I called Climate Heating and they were very professional and very detailed oriented. Will definitely contact them again! Thank you

We where happy with Climates services. Tammy and Freddy are personable and listened when we had concerns. The project took a week longer than expected however the changes were communicated as it happened so we were not surprised. The quality of the work is phenomenal and we're very happy with what was done. <br />

Went very well, prompt, professional service. Kept us informed as to the progress of the installation. The unit was installed on the roof and the old swamp cooler was removed after the unit was up and running. They matched the roof shingles and repaired the hole where the old unit was. <br />

Amazing service! Like I said I was out of town and my husband was working a lot. My neighbor helped them get access and reported back to me that Tammy and her team were at my house in the bitter cold and winds for hours. She even came back the next day to check on it. Tammy called me frequently to update the progress and even let my dog out for me. I have used them a few times for different reasons and they are always prompt, fair, and effective., <br />

Called and got a quote which we accepted the same day.  Explained that it needed to be done fairly quickly as I wanted to oversee the work and I had to leave in about 10 days for a 3 month stay.  Tammy went out of her way to meet my schedule.  Not only did she get the job done in time, but she took time to make sure I understood how to work the system and change the filters.  She had to put holes in the wall, and made sure that everything looked as good as it worked.  We needed to have some electric rewiring done to complete the job, and she even arranged that.  Very happy with the service.
