It went well the technician was great explained everything and the price was excellent.

A maintenance check by another firm revealed $1,500+ of needed repairs for a 14-year-old builder-grade system. We asked that firm for a bid on a new system. That firm was fine, reputable, and honest, but the bid seemed high for a rather modest system - 80% and 14 SEER. A coworker recommended Interstate. The job was done well and explained to us for ongoing maintenance. Total cost was much more reasonable for a better system. I've recommended Interstate to a couple people since and will continue.

I called first thing in the morning and they were able to have a tech come out before noon that day. That made me happy as it was in the middle of a heatwave and they were probably pretty busy. Tech arrived in the time frame that they gave me and he had it up and running in 30 minutes. Also checked the coolant level and hosed the unit off with water.

Great company to use. They were very professional and got the job done. They made the claim process with our insurance company a breeze because they dealt with our insurers. They even gave instruction on how to remove and reinstall the hail guards to clean the compressor. Then to go that little extra mile I received a hand written thank you for using their service. NO one does that any more...except them.

Everything went great starting with the estimate and through the cleanup after installation.  I've been using them since they installed the original system in the house.  They have maintained my system during that time as well.  They have always been professional in every aspect.  For this case, they worked with me on options concerning the efficiency of the new system and pricing.  When they arrived to install everything they covered all the areas where they would work.  The system went in quickly and efficiently.  They walked me through the use of the new thermostat and answered all the questions I had.  I've been using this team since 1999 and will be with them for many more years.

They showed up on time. The final cost matched the estimate. The installers were very professional, polite and personable. They were focused and worked hard the whole time, and cleaned up when they were done. We have used this company for all of our heating and cooling needs since we built our home in 1994. They have always provided great service with honesty and a smile. <br />

Interstate HVAC installed the HVAC system in my house when it was built in 2005 and since it was working well I thought I woulhave htem come out to check the A/C and furnance and humidifier each year as part of a service contract. They are always good about working around my schedule and call when I am next up. They are always courteous and very friendly. Many times I have had the same guy come out in the fall for the furnance and humdifier check. What was most impressive to me was in June 2008 we had a storm out here. My A/C condenser was destroyed by baseball size hail. I called and they came out within a couple of days, assessed the situation, confirmed my fears that the condenser would have to be replaced and gave me the options and prices for replacing the unit. Since I have a service contract I get a discount on new equipment I was able to save some money on this unexpected expense. The tech was very good about explaining the differences between the unit that was like the one I had and a more energy efficient model that uses the new refrigerant. I chose what unit I wanted and since they had it in stock they told me to call as soon as the adjuster had been out and they would come out the next day after I called and install it. They did a great job installing the new unit and running any necessary lines. I always have peace of mind after they have been here in the fall and spring that everything is running smoothly. <br />

They do a great job. I am on a maintenance contract with them. They come out twice a year and I get a discount off on equipment if it is needed. It does not include the filter.

They came by and corrected that. So far they have been pretty good. They also clean and check out the humidifier in the fall as well.

We had a really really good experience with them. For our primary residence they installed a brand new Lennox unit, an A/C, and a new furnace. It's been in place for about 4 years now. They had a problem with one of the units and the condenser outside. They had a brand new replacement unit installed 3 months before the warranty ran out. They didn't even mess with it. They just ordered the unit, brought it out, and installed it. They didn't even charge us for the Freon. I thought that was cool because they usually charge for Freon. There was no failure, but they replaced the air-conditioning unit over at our rental as well. It's been in place for 2 years. We went through the same process when we did the A/C units for both our house and the rental. You start 2 months ahead of time and you go through the process and get all the bids. We didn't go with the lowest bid. We went middle ground on this one. Interstate has been extremely responsive. They came out here last April because the warranty expired in May. We get them out here to service it every year. It cost me $48.00 for servicing. I thought that it was a pretty good deal.

I wanted attention paid to the humidifier on the furnace. They got that up and functional. I spent an additional $60 or something in addition to what I had paid last spring for the spring and fall service because they needed to replace the switch in the thermostat that activated the humidifier.

It went great! I've used them in the past and will again in the future when I need them. I feel I get top quality service from them. I am treated fair and honest and given a competitive price.

I called Interstate Heating and A/C and they sent a guy out who showed up when he was suppose to. I was very comfortable with him in my home. He was very knowledgeable, neat and clean. I was satisfied with the work and he explained the service well as he answered my questions that I had. I felt that they were a very professional company. I will be using them again. The system was under warranty but the service call was $75.00. They were the ones who initially installed our units. I have been using them for years.

When ever they come to our home they are friendly and on time. When we call they were sure to get to us right away and the prices are fairly comparable as well.
