He also explained all what needed to be done and gave me 2 estimate options to choose from for the job needed, which I thought were very reasonable. Runnemede Heating was such a pleasure to work with! Our heater broke in our 180 year old home in the middle of the winter. They came out and provided us an estimate quickly. I got 5 quotes for an full A/C installation and they by far had the best price. Chris, Sean, Matt and everyone else were all very professional and accommodating. My system had some funky electrical situations with the thermostat and they even spent time while at home looking into how they could connect everything to one thermostat even though it seemed like two were required. The thermostat company didn't even think connecting the system was possible but they figured out how to do it. There was one thing missing on the final inspection and they quickly came out to add it. They were also incredibly clean. I fully expected to have to do lots of vacuuming everyday to keep clean as I've had to do with past contractors, but there was so little dirt and debris it didn't even take 10 minutes to clean up.

I just had a great experience with everyone from this company! My drain pipe had to be replaced. I called on a holiday weekend (Friday) someone came out right away and repaired the leak! I scheduled additional services to completely replace the line on the following Tuesday to ensure my pipes were up to code. Everyone was polite, on time and respectable. I think the prices were fair and I’m appreciative of the outcome!

Purchased a complete system in 2015 — new water heater, furnace, AC, and humidifier. The first time we used the humidifier, the basement flooded. They came out to fix it, but the next time we used it, it flooded again. After that, things were fine for a few years, though we kept paying their outrageous monthly fee for two short visits a year — if you could even get on the schedule. Eventually, the water heater’s blower fan failed just outside of warranty. They quoted us over $800 to fix it — and that was their “loyal customer” price. We had it repaired by another well-known local company for less than a third of the cost. The following summer, the AC compressor failed. They told us it would take six weeks and $1,500 to replace. Once again, a local company handled it the same day for half the price. BEWARE. STAY AWAY. Overpriced, overpromising sales pitch — with none of the results to back it up.

I called regarding a smart thermostat I was installing that was not getting power. the technician came and quickly diagnosed the issue as a common wire that need to be connected to the furnace. issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes and he answered all my questions. i higly recommend them for heating/AC and plumbing work.

I needed a new water heater unexpectedly and Runnemede made the whole process so easy for me. There were able to send a plumber out the very next day and by the end of the day I had hot water. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from scheduling my appointment to the technicians who came to my mom and installed a new water heater!! Thank you Runnemede!!

I recently purchased a home and during the CO process/inspection from the township found a problem. It wasn’t Runnemede’s fault but I reached out to have them help correct the issue associated with the hvac unit. Company was easy to work with. Technician explained everything to me, and provided me extra information to help me clear the issue. They are a pleasure to work with, they look out for their customers and take pride in their work.

Had a plumbing repair done on my main sink. Quick, clean, and courteous. I was surprised at a human not only answering the phone the first time I called, but with quite a mouthful to say :D, as they are Runnemede heating, cooling, plumbing and probably a few other things. However they followed up every step of the way and even after the job was done. I have used them for HVAC in the past also with nothing but good things to say.

We were assigned to Runnemede by our Home Warranty Company after the first company they provided us could not come look at our nom working heater for almost 48 hours in February. Runnemede had someone at our home within 2 hours of being contacted by the Home Warranty Company. The tech quickly determined the issue was with the motor on our furnace and submitted all the paperwork to get the part and installed it the next morning. The company went above and beyond to assist us during a stressful time of not having any heat the day before our daughter’s birthday party that was planned at our home. We will be requesting them again if we have any other issues. They truly care about the customers they serve.

We had a serious ac problem which caused water to leak constantly all over the floor where the system was located. Runnemede Plumbing, etc., sent a wonderful tech named Mason to our home and he located the issue immediately and replaced the necessary part. I am so grateful that he came when he did and so far, our system is no longer leaking excessive amounts of water all over the floor and it appears everything is now back to normal He was very knowledgeable and we are so happy.

I’ve used these guys for my house and the American Legion post 100. They are the best of the best. I just had fire alarms installed in my house and they checked the heating and air. They said it was fine. How’s that for honesty.

I found this company's information on our heating system and I am glad it was there. A tech was at my home within 2 days of my call (not an emergency) and was beyond helpful, professional, and genuinely nice. He answered all my questions and gave great advice. The owner, Chris, completed a follow-up call to check in, which is rare these days - they seem to truly care about the customers. He too was super easy to talk to and I am actually looking forward to my cooling service in the spring. Highly recommend.

I have been using this company for all my plumbing and electrical needs for 8 years! They did my oil to gas conversion. In a very timely and clean manner. Also helped me to get set up with financing and rebates. They are very professional and will always come no matter what time or day it is. My most recent service was a boiler flush. He was in and out in N hour and arrived on time! Very friendly staff that will answer any questions you may have. All in all a good local contractor!
