They arrived promptly, entered the HVAC housing area and accessed the situation. I was glad to learn that my furnace was working fine and the smell of an electrical fire was gone. They changed the filter and suggested that I call them if the smell returned.

Everything good beside the technician telling me that I had apparently a special filter that needed custom order and that s why it was so expensive. Returned with a filter that you can buy for $40 online but still charged me the custom; price.

Had to have the Freon filled. over priced per pound for the Freon fill.

One of my two HVAC units were not working, possibly due to a freon leak. Communication was really good, called me a few times letting me know their status. After they inspected they stated my freon was low. I was a little concerned with costs, but they worked with me and even went to show me how to get better performance out of both my units. I should also mention this was on Father's Day.

A/C Maintenance service is a rip off, compressor broke down right after the Refrigerant or Freon fill up. A/C stopped working right after the service. Technician could not explain how he measured 2 pounds he added and charge was a rip off. I will never hire them again.

We originally hired Celestial Air for just a preseason cleaning and servicing of our central A/C. Adam was prompt and courteous. However, after he examined the unit, he indicated that the system was very old, inefficient, and had a leak. He could repair all of these, but cautioned that it would cost about $1500, and there was no guarantee that there would not be new leaks occurring. He recommended a new unit, which would be more efficient, and quieter, quoting a price that seemed reasonable, and would also include the splitting of our single zone into two zones. Of course in a situation where a service turns into a major purchase, you always wonder if the technician is telling the truth, but we went ahead with the new unit, and we are glad we did. The installation took place the following week, and we have never seen a group of workers work as hard - from late morning until 9pm or so. They also left both the outside and the attic cleaner than they found it. After we started using the unit, we found that , because of the two-zoning, the ducts became very noisy if only the one zone was active. We let them know the problem, and they figured out that the installation required a larger bypass damper, which they came and installed, and which solved the problem. Throughout, they were very responsive and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

Adam was a great technician, he was able to come in the day of a heat wave and a storm and our AC unit stoped ruining he came as per our request the same day in the evening time , he checked the thermostat the panels and finally was able to figure out the problem and fix it within 30 mins , we were able to have our AC UNIT up and running. I would highly recommend them as they were professional ,knowledgeable and friendly.

They were prompt, professional and followed up on the work with a phone call making sure I was satisfied.
