I have known Heat & Cooling Factor for more than 15 years. Mayome (the owner) always gave me satisfaction with her best skills and services. As long as I have Heat & Cooling, I don't worry about HVAC. Thank you Mayome!!!

We had an issue with our heating unit. The unit was turning on, but no heat being produced.So I called heat and cooling factor. Although she was on a job, she took the time to speak with me and troubleshoot the issue.. I was placed on the schedule for the following day..She was on time and very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done. Our heating unit is now fixed and 100% thank to Heating & Cooling Factor.

The absolute best! Mayomi is super professional, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. This is my 4th time using her service for AC replacement and water heater replacement on different properties. She is never confused about what needs to be done (unlike many other contractors), and she doesn't stop until the job is done right. I'm truly appreciative of her and her business ethic. Heating & Cooling Factor definitely knows what they are doing very knowledgeable with HVAC.. Due to the extreme cold temperatures. My tenants system was not heating up properly. The representative located the issue and gave me a solution. I was very happy as well as the tenant.. The heating system is operating normally now. Just want to say thank you..
