I just had an incredible experience with Chap Mechanical LLC! From the initial phone call and conversation with AJ and Jay to the 2 technicians whom came out and replaced my water heater. I had a leak in my Rinnai tankless hot water heater that was causing quite a bit of frustration due to it would stop producing hot water. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and scheduled a visit promptly which we agree to replace the older Rinnai with a newer Rinnai tankless hot water heater. The technicians Drew and Neiko was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They came in and respected my home which I did not even have to let them know to put booties on there shoes, they did that on there own. They came in and drew up a game plan swiftly and executed it with great attention to detail. Not only was the issue resolved, but my faucet works better than ever! The pressure and temp was better. Their pricing was transparent and fair, and they left the workspace tidy, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Chap Mechanical LLC to anyone in need of plumbing services. John came to fix a problem with our plumbing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition, he completed the job from start to finish with attention to detail and efficiency. CHAP Mechanical HVAC team came to the rescue on short notice to replace our 15 year old furnace just before the big snow/sleet freeze. Was 48 degrees indoors at 7:00 am and 72 degrees by 3:00 pm. A tough job in a crawl space, done quickly same day, clean, competitive price, friendly work force.

We hired Chap to remodel our guest bathroom after we had a shower leak, and I couldn't be happier. Randy came out to give us the estimate and walked us through the entire process in a way that made us feel comfortable and not pressured (like some other quotes we got). After that, Barbara was our main contact and she was amazing as well. Nothing but courtesy and professionalism. If there were any delays on material or changes of any kind, we knew about them right away and were never left in the dark. Drew and his crew who did the work, did an amazing job. During the heat wave a few weeks ago we realized our A/C wasn’t working. After a frantic call to Chap A/C and Heating , a Service Tech arrived at our house within an hour. It was determined the system was old and unrepairable. The Tech was professional and straightforward who didn’t try to over sell a new system. Chap is by far is the BEST OF THE BEST! We have had several projects completed utilizing all of Chaps teams from: Construction by adding a floor, new decks. Mechanical by replacing HVAC units with state of the art energy efficient systems. Repairs utilizing their team to repair any and all issues that may arise and they all respond quickly. My wife and I had a house built by another company in 2009. After a horrible experience I said I’d never have another house built. I’m so glad I changed my mind and had Chap built my family a new house. They did an amazing job and quickly resolved any small issues occurred. We use them ti service the HVAC and generator. I highly recommend using them.

Did you know that Chap Mechanical--a division of Chap construction--also does amazing work? They come twice a year for preventative maintenance to our AC and boiler and do an impressive job. For years, I had a larger company coming out to do my yearly maintenance and you know what they were doing? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! And charging me for it! RJ, Lester, and the crew clean, maintain, make recommendations, and make your operating systems the best they can be. They come well-equipped with whatever parts and service supplies are needed to keep your systems functioning optimally. They are a pleasure to have in your home, are very experienced and knowledgeable, do outstanding work, are punctual, professional, thorough, and clean up after themselves. I had never actually seen anyone take apart my unit and clean it the way they did. Thank you guys!

Lester was extremely helpful and patent with us, explaining all aspects of the HVAC system. He was a complete professional in troubleshooting our issue, and provided confidence that we need not worry about the system until a regular service call next spring. Have used Chap before and intend on using them again.

We have used Chap Construction for many different projects over the years and they have always done excellent work, with a high attention to details, never taking a short cut or hurrying to finish. I recently found out they not only build and repair but they also Service HVAC, standby generators, Hot water heaters and other items, we just had maintenance services performed and it's comforting to know your appliance's are properly repaired and maintained and will work when you need them...Chap is a 1st class Company that you can count on. I had an issue with my hot water heater and called in Drew, and I’m so glad I did. He showed up quickly, was polite, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. Even though he’s a young guy, he worked with the confidence and skill of someone whos been doing this years. What really impressed me was his professionalism and attention to detail. He cleaned up after himself, double-checked everything before leaving, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. It's rare to see that kind of pride and care in service these days. I definitely recommend giving him a call. Great service, fair pricing, and a genuinely nice person to work with.

Incredible service! My hot water heater decided it was time to call it quits. I called Chap Construction and the women that answered the phone was extremely professional. I provided all my information and she provided me with a quote in a few minutes and had the job scheduled for the next morning. The technicians arrived right on time and had the entire job done within a few hours. I can believe how easy this was. While I don't want any other issues to happen with my house and time soon, I'm happy to know i have a company i can reach out to and trust.

CHAP was wonderful to work with on my house lift and addition.The entire staff was professional, organized and responsive. The process routinely exceeded my expectations . The attention to detail was phenomenal on the part of both the work crews and the office staff. The crews on site were organized and accommodating and always willing to answer questions or address concerns. The project moved smoothly with very few gaps or delays despite the pandemic.The quality of the work is excellent as is the client experience. CHAP created a beautiful home for me. I am so happy with Chap..... my home project came out better than my expectations. I met with Barbara and Randy to help me with new decking and railings on my shore home. Barbara was awesome, she explained the process, helped me with my designs and was quick to respond to my questions. Randy is the best. I wasn't sure how updating my old exterior would look, Randy has a great eye and made me feel comfortable about the designs. As it happens I also needed a new roof and without Randy's advise I would have made a huge mistake on the shingles. All this took place during the pandemic - Randy and I had "face to face" meeting through my door so that there was no contact. The workers came with masks and never entered the house. They were polite, professional and they cleaned up each day before leaving. My job was to be completed by July 4, it was completed by Memorial Day. I was so comfortable with the first meetings with Barbara and Randy that I looked no further. I would use Chap again - 100%

We just had a new hot water holding tank and boiler installed. I can’t emphasize enough how professional Lester and RJ are (the 2 techs who came out). Their work is meticulous, piping and installation is of the highest quality. We have used Chap in the past for various small jobs and they are always reliable and mostly importantly always show up when they are scheduled. Would highly recommend them.

Chap constructed did a huge addition for us years ago. More recently they transformed my kitchen. We have always been pleased with the kindness and professionalism of this company.
