I recently had the pleasure of working with Aesthetic HVAC Company for the installation of a new water heater, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their service…. from a leaking water heather tank to on demand water heater. From the very start, the company was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the process of selecting the right replacement that met my needs both in terms of cost efficiency and energy efficiency. They took the time to explain the features of different models and helped me make an informed decision without any pressure. Once I decided on the water heater, their installation team was punctual, professional, and meticulous in their work. Over the last 3 years something has gone wrong with the heat in our home. This past December we had a kick space heater pop after freezing, causing water to pour into the room it was located in. We called Aesthetic HVAC to come take a look even though their schedule was super busy at the time. Bryant came out that same morning and isolated the issue and made sure we had heat to other areas of the house while the kick space heater was replaced. Not too long after that, in February of this year our boiler started to drip water slowly. Again, we contacted Aesthetic HVAC to come take a look. The suspect part was ordered ASAP. While the part was being installed a bigger issue arose. A irreplaceable pipe in the boiler had gone bad, leading us to have to replace the whole boiler. Leaving us with no heat or hot water. Bryant and Kaylee worked as quickly as possible to order a new one and schedule the install. They went above and beyond to get us heat and hot water back! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Beautiful piping. Much safer gas piping. Better more efficient unit. Great communication and peace of mind. Thank you so much Aesthetic HVAC! Highly, highly recommended!

Great company to work with. From communication to quality of work. My control valves were acting up and they came in and fixed everything right up. They even fixed the rats nest of wiring that was there. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best. Came on short notice and fixed a small issue that kept our furnace from running. Later that month they came for a service when I was not home. Completed the service and left me an extensive message on the status of my furnace and what I should plan on going forward. Great customer service would recommend them to anyone.

Our oil boiler was on its last leg, so we went all out. Aesthetic installed minisplits, a hot water heat pump, and a propane furnace. The price was very competitive and the install looks very clean and professional. The communication was excellent and prompt throughout the process, A big plus in my book.

My 5-year-old central air system stopped working, Bryant came out and diagnosed the problem within a day. He tried to repair the old system, but unfortunately it could not be repaired. He was very empathetic to my situation, since the company that installed the old system went out of business and it was out of warrantee. Bryant was very professional and knowledgeable; he provided several options with the pros and cons of each one and then helped me pick a new system that is perfect for my house. This is a fair, honest family business; Kaylee was excellent in communicating during the install and even came to my house and assisted installing the new system. Michael was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The whole team was excellent and communicated throughout the install. If you need any HVAC service, this is definitely the company you should call.
